They are very helpful and I did not have to wait to be acknowledged or helped. Dont be confused when you walk in the store and see shoes. The store houses two businesses and Pak Mail is in the back half of the store. This was my first experience with them and I highly recommend them and I say that not just because of the pretty blond who waited on me. Just being honest.

Great business. The young lady help us through the whole process. She gave us different options, and show us the best way to send our package. I dont see myself going to the post office ever again.

Garrett is so wonderful! He is so pleasant and kind every time I come in. When Houston was hit by the hurricane, I collected a ton of stuff to ship down for relief. Garrett found me a box that would fit my truck load of items in, helped me pack it up, and included a card of well wishes. He was thoughtful enough to call and make sure the location I was sending my package was able to even accept mail. Good thing because they were totally inaccessible still!! We searched a bit more and found a great place to send our items. Even the next time I stopped in, he checked in with me that the package arrived safely. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!

The Bellefontaine location is under new owners. Pakmail is a great alternative to using the post office and can help with shipping large items. The biggest disappointment is that this location isn’t open on the weekends. This is difficult for many who work long hours during the week and it is especially disappointing during the holidays.

Garret is awesome! He has always been helpful and kind to me and other customers when I am in the store. He can handle any shipping issues I have. Highly recommend!

Short version: walked in to return an Amazon purchase for the first time, googled ups store and it brought me here, couldnt ship it the way I wanted to, but the worker was knowledgeable and kind enough to walk me through the steps we could do without coming back later.Low and behold its the owner Garret L. James, had a very polite conversation and was out in under 3 minutes!

Though I have used this store before, when I tried to get UPS label printed here I was condescendingly informed that this store cannot do this and was dismissed without any courtesy. This store shows up on searches as a UPS store but they are not.Update: I believe I was told that I had to go to a UPS store to obtain a label (with no further instruction other than that this store was not a UPS store). The common courtesy in this situation would be to say, Im sorry, were not able to do this or something to that effect. In this case the owner seemed annoyed that I had asked for a label. Perhaps I was the last of many people asking to print a label and he was simply fed up, but I would feel embarrassed and uncomfortable to return to this store.

I have a mentally handicapped daughter who wears pull-ups. We recentally received her monthly shipment of pull-ups, but they were going he wrong size, so the company sent us return labels. I went in to Pak Mail to ship them back, but the labels were for the post office. Instead of making me take the 4 boxes to the post office, the guy at Pak Mail put my labels on and said he would take care of everything for me....and charged me nothing extra! There are good people in this world and he is definitely one of them! Thank you soooo much! I definitely recommend this company!

Poor experience with this local Business in our commuity, hoping to have a small gift (Tshirt) deliverved to my Dad for Fathers Day but unfortuately it never left the store, after the shipping was paid for. When I contacted the store to track, the manager stated he apoliges as he is not sure what happend he states that it never left the store. A full refund for Dads fathers day gift a Guy Harvey Memorial Golf Tournament 2018 shirt and the shipping was handling was refunded, however.... SORRY DAD no shirt for you this year. :(
