Purchased an iPhone 12 in July along with the screen protector package that I was told would replace the screen protector when needed, left the store with a bubble in the protector that they said would work is way out, but it didnt and continually got larger, went back to get it replaced and lo and behold they dont do that any longer...so if you get a screen protector make sure its perfect before you leave

Store manager Abigail is awesome!We had to replace my husbands lost phone. I had gone online and ordered new one to pick up at store.Abigail had the phone ready when we arrived and was able to pull all the contacts down from the cloud to the new phone. My husband uses a flip phone, so not an easy task!

Derrick Miller was absolutely wonderful today at the Bellefontaine Verizon Store! He was exceptionally knowledgeable and took his time to make sure that I understood everything. He was very kind and understanding and I would highly recommend him in the future!

Rep was argumentative. I had an android phone and was switching to an iphone. From 13 years experience in the industry, You CAN NOT use the nano Sim from and android, which is a NFC SIM with an iphone; which takes a non NFC SIM. This was confirmed by Verizon Tech support.Will the iphone function basically - yes, but certain provisioning features are not enabled by simply swapping a NFC sim to a device that it does not belong in. More importantly the Visual Voicemail SFO. The SFO (feature) is not available to be added as without using the right type SIM, Verizon’s system will not open those features up. It will require a new compatible sim to be entered when putting the iPhone’s IMEI into the system.Now, I need to wait 3-5 days for verizon to mail me the correct SIM.

Cody at Go Wireless was absolutely amazing last night. My phone got destroyed because it fell out of my pocket while I was mowing. Needless to say there was no hope for it. Cody got me all set up with a brand new phone and even stayed way passed closing time to ensure that I was all set up. If I could give Go Wireless 11 stars I would. If youre needing phone services, go with these guys. They make a disaster much less painful! They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring! Cody answered all of my questions. Parker, Cody, Eric, and all the rest of the employees are top notch! If youre looking for good service from a Verizon retailer, pick this one!! The other guys down by the pet store are awful. This morning I needed a new phone and I was DREADING the task. The guys at go wireless made it absolutely painless, answered every question I had (even when maybe they were silly), sang along with the radio for entertainment, carried on good conversation, and they were honest and sold me what I was looking for not what made them the most commission or what they wanted me to have. If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I totally would. :)

An amazing staff and amazing company!! Had Heather help me out the last time I had an issue with my device. She was super friendly and handled my phone issue (powering down at random) with ease. Everyone in the store said hello as well and made me, along with a few other customers, feel welcome. If you have any phone problems or just need a new device, definitely pay them a visit!!!!

I ordered 2 phones and when they came in all the people were very helpful and made us feel right at home. They made sure we understood how to work our phones and had them all set up and ready to go when we walked out the door! Great store!

Im sorry that I cant remember any specific names, but Ive been in there fairly often in the last couple of weeks since I got my new phone, and worked with someone different each time. Absolutely outstanding service each time. Today one of the towers went down and I wasnt getting data. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Verizon tech support with the only answer being wait it out. I went to the store, and they had me fixed up in less than a minute. Good people. I would reccomend this specific store to anyone and everyone.

Went in for new phones on black Friday, left with no phones and my account locked due to store error. Came back the next day and had to pay an extra 300 dollars that I should have received off for promotional discount because my account was still locked. Purchased both new phones and spent almost 10 hours over the next two months trying to get my account unlocked and the old phones released from Verizon to trade in. Finally got my 300 back although some was store credit which was not desired. As of 4 months later Verizon it taking over to get me the other 400 dollars I still have not received for promotional discount. My bill is 40 dollars a months higher because I was not able to get the black Friday deal even though I got the same amount off as I should have. Eric is good to work with the rest are very frustrating and not much help. Will not be returning and will never recommend.

My new IPhone 8 was powering down every 30 seconds or so. I called Verizon and they wanted to send me a refurbished phone. I just got this phone in September and I was not happy about paying for a refurbished phone at a brand new phone price. So I went into the Go Wireless and spoke to Keelyn. He was phenomenal! He let me vent and he knew how unhappy I was. He worked on my iPhone for probably half an hour more until he was able to finally beat the clock on my phone shutting off and performed the software download that fixed my phone! I will now be calling Verizon and sending back there refurbished phone!

Go to the Verizon store in Kenton!! The Bellefontaine store is unorganized, hard sell, and not as knowledgeable as you would expect.

Got two smartwatches the guy messed them up and have to re turn them. 2 days later will not go back to them at all. He had to Google how to activate the watches. What a joke
