Disgusting!!! Busted our blue Ray player scratched my t.v. VERY CARELESS IN HANDLING ITEMS!! And they have poor customer due to their language. Price was WAY more than quoted! But having a homemade BEAUTIFUL bed from the Amish is better than being charged the prices They have!

Very good customer service

Very rude and disrespectful, took our washer and dryer with wet clothes still in both the washer and dryer. Wouldnt let us finish the laundry, gave us 2 broken washer and dryers, got upset and accused of us lying when our dryer was glitching. Awful language, NOT professional what so ever. More talk then they do their job. They plug in the dryer and accuse us of not doing it right when we never touched the dryer. Worst company to ever go through. I recommend Aarons, cause you dont get screwed out of money like we did! Congrats RAC for losing a customer, no wonder you guys are always empty.

Have never had a problem with RAC or its employees. When my computer glitched, they gave me a new one and comped my down time. Charles is always as pleasant and considerate a person as he could possibly be. If you need to be late on a payment, they are willing to work with you as long as you keep your word and pay them when you say you will. And they give plenty of notice of pickup. After all you know if you are behind on payments and what will happen. Its pretty much the same policy for Aarons, RAC, and Showplace. Thanks RAC, we will be returning customers!

AMAZING PLACE !! Been a customer though them for 5 years never have had a problem finding what Im looking for if they dont have it in store they will fine it . I got a ASUA gaming laptop though them . They didnt have it in store but Charles found me one in 2 day and it was brand new in the box . Everyone knows me by name and if I ever have a problem they come and fix whatever it is as fast as they can .
