I would like to recognize Cheryl who went above and beyond for me during my visit to the Belle Glade post office. She was excellent and went out of her way to help me with packaging an item that I needed to send out. The rest of the staff were also pleasant.

They deliver the incorrect mail every single week a couple of times a week. What is going on? We use to have a very reliable mailman for years and since they change him. Nothing comes on time and we get the wrong mail a couple of times a week. I tried calling cuz I didnt want to say nothing here but, since they have no way for me to talk to someone here it is. Please correct this.

I have a note by my door that states: Please do not leave packages on the porch if no one is home. Leave a notice on the door or in my mailbox and I will pick it up from the location on the notice. My notification from Amazon states that my package was left on the porch. I get home and there is no package. Why??? Just why??????

Obviously this is not my first time at the post office but since Im here on a Saturday and its closed I thought Id take some great photos for you people of Belle Glade Florida also the customer service is usually good if you go on during the week day when its open sometimes its kind of busy in the lines are long but overall I give it five stars because there is sufficient and what they do theyre very knowledgeable of everything and thank you

Costumer service is terrible. Everytime I get a package delivered at that location the worker cant seem to find it until others get involved. Not a reliable service.

I come here to pick up my mall. Its more reliable than the post box down the road from my house.
