The staff here at this Badcocks store is amazing. I love shopping there. I will truly miss Michelle because she made the store what it is today with her love and affection for the costumers. To me there is NO Badcocks without Michelle. So sorry to hear of the passing of this beautiful soul. She will truly be missed by the Glades Community. I purchased a bed. Mattress and box spring and sofa! It was nearby and I just moved here! Well the bed is now broken. It lasted 6 months. I’m not finished paying them. I called they sent men out and they took pictures and left! Three weeks later I’m still without my bed and sleeping oddly! Do not buy a bed from here!! Now I’m waiting for someone from corporate to come and repair or look at it!! I begged for a replacement and their response is for me to wait a few more days. It will be 4 weeks in a couple of days! I’m sure they are sleeping well but I’m not!! Don’t buy!!!

Very friendly and very nice employees, they don’t haggle you to make a purchase. She simply let us take our time on making a decision. She had very good knowledge of the product and was truthful! I will definitely continue to shop there!
