My son had his first visit today. The staff, including the dentist, were caring and very knowledgeable about solutions to concerns. I Iove that they offer laser therapy, especially for kids, instead of causing unnecessary pain and anxiety with traditional dentistry. I think we might actually enjoy our dental visits!

Our son had his 1st grown up dental visit with Dr. Jackson and his wonderful staff and it was amazing! They understood that with his Autism he would need a slow and gentle process and extra time to get used to all the tools, the chair, the lights. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

I needed immediate care and an appointment was made the same day. The cost was made available ahead of treatment which I appreciated. The whole staff from the front desk to the Dr. showed kindness.

Very quick service, most likely by chance I was able to get an appointment 5 minutes after I called about a chipped tooth. Dr. Jon Krumm and assistant Kristi took good care of me and my tooth. Bonded and filled my tooth and it looks as good as new.

The staff is very friendly and professional. My husband and I will trust only Jackson Dental for our major teeth issues. Weve had numerous procedures: teeth removal, post installed for implant, crowns, fillings, and an emergency root canal! Dr. Krum is very caring, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Amazing experience! The staff was so friendly and attentive. Both Catlyn and Catlin were fun to be around and very informative about my dental history and hygiene. Dr. Kurm made me feel completely relaxed and like I mattered and like he really cared. The office is very clean, cute, and they have all the latest hi-tech equipment. Extra bonus, was not having to drive to Rapid City for excellent dental care.

Dr. Crum, the dental hygienists, dental assistants and the office staff are just second to none.They all are masters of their field but just as important, they express heartfelt compassion to what is an emotional impact a persons’ failing teeth has on them.As a team, based on all the variables, it was decided the best course of action was to have all my upper teeth extracted and have an upper denture. As a young women, or any age really probably, the emotional impact was the hardest to get though. The process of the extractions and follow up care has been great.Thank you all for guiding me through this process, and helping to make the best decision to improve my heath and smile.

My dentist Dr. Christopher Jackson literally saved my life by finding cancer in my mouth and making a referral for me. He was extremely supportive of me and I cannot say enough good things about them.They have also been very gracious about fitting me in anytime I have an emergency. (Even if it is only a chipped tooth the week before I was due to leave for Europe)They give you a discount if you pay cash and are also willing to work out a payment plan if you need one.I had an extreme fear of dentist before going to them. I have now had 4 dental implants and I could not be happier.Would (and have) recommend them to anyone.Also, they are great with kids as young as 2 years old.
