BEWARE! Hired Kathy to do a simple surveillance job at the end of August. I was charged over 150.00 an hour and I put down 2000 dollars on a retainer, after 2 weeks, I didnt receive any surveillance photos or anything. Not only are these prices ridiculous, the investigator lied and said they were at the locations but never took pictures? I tried to talk to Kathy about getting some of my money back, she wont even return my calls. Do not use this firm.

Highly recommend Kathy - she reached out immediately and offered assistance and was able to complete what we needed in a quick turnaround time. She went above and beyond and offered more in service than we expected. I would recommend her and would use her again.
