In a tough market, Search Technology went above and beyond. Helped me tweak my resume to better highlight my skills, found a great opportunity and even though Ive interviewed and feel like I know how to land a job, they helped me research and plan for the interview. Some of the team has actually been in the IT field before becoming recruiters, so they really knew technology and what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!

Never heard back, seems frivolous, not fond of waisting my time.

Just like typical recruiters. Call, get you hyped up to come in for an NAI (New Applicant Interview). Then say they’re gonna submit you for the role (this is one of their metrics and KPIs). Then you’ll never hear from them again. They leave you hanging and only view you as a metic and KPI to add towards their daily goal.

Got me a contact, I cant imagine why others didnt get any traction.
