Called this location to confirm a rental over three days, various times, and 4 times today. No one answers, unable to leave a VM.

We have had the worst experience with budget truck rental. We are 100 miles into our trip and the transmission goes out and had to wait hours on the side of the road before getting a wrecker to us. We have been waiting all day for them to have any communication with us as to when a replacement truck would be available. Lets just say we are having u-haul finish our move and to anybody looking for a truck rental I would recommend spending the extra money and go through u-haul they at least have decent customer service.

Confirmed for a rental pickup at 12:00pm. Arrive at just before 11:45am. A sign on the door reads: Running errands, be back at 1pm. Canceled reservation, went to UHaul and will likely not ever go back.

Easy to deal with. Im a repeat customer.
