FedEx is such a great place to go to because of the customer service always willing to help you no matter what hours thats open whether its early in the morning or just before closing. They are also very cautious and careful with packages and loading pallets of supplies on to our trucks. They always go above and beyond and out of their way to provide and help.

I highly recommend that you not allow shipment of packages by Fed Ex to Montana if you want fast delivery. I ordered parts from Rock Auto last Friday and they shipped out of California on Monday and were shipped to Memphis then to Great Falls and then to Belgrade and it may not get to me till 8 PM on Wednesday evening. I ordered the parts from Rock auto and they offered rapid two day shipping for over $110 and it is five days. Looks like Belgrade got the part and is bringing today but that is not two day delivery.

We are on the receiving of FedEx Freight and have been appreciative and thankful for their services when compared to their competition. They are a team of true professionals. Thank you!
