Great customer service! We asked to be on the waiting list. Didnt wait more than 3 hours! She had a no-show by the time shed given them then called us and we jumped on it. In this valley, its hard to find a well priced storage unit. Youll find good customer service, and good pricing with Belgrade Mini Storage.

Worked with Holly and Dwayne setting up the unit reservation from Denver, Colorado. Extremely nice people and so helpful through the whole process. All details were presented at the time of signing, no surprises! We went with a heated inside unit and it was awesome. Very easy access to the unit and carts to make it even easier. Love the gated access and appreciated seeing Holly on the property every time I visited, and they have a very cute beagle who also likes to say hi! :) Such a great, efficient experience! Thank you for the very warm welcome to Montana!

Very nice and friendly service! Would 100% recommend! They helped me with temporarily storing my motorcycle for a few days. Security is pretty is pretty good to!

Belgrade Mini Storage is an excellent facility and definitely deserves the 5 stars. The on site managers are better than excellent and very friendly and helpful! The facility is fenced with a coded gate and throughout the facility storage theres great lighting so you can see what youre doing if youre coming in when its dark.Will definitely be calling them again next time I have storage needs - RV or storage unit.

My effects were well maintained, the storage facility was easily accessible, and the staff are always friendly.

Great couple that lives on site and oversees everything. I love that they have a gate that doesnt stay open all the time (unlike a few other places I had looked at) and there are lots of cameras around the property. They also have a moving truck they allow unit holders to use around Bozeman.

Friendly staff and affordable prices. seems good on security too. Are understanding if issues should arise.

Even though management on site seems to have frequent turn over, (4 in 2 years) they all have been very courteous, respectful, friendly and professional.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Staff are friendly helpful and patient. Always willing to go the extra mile to help me when I need it.

The process to get a storage unit was quick and efficient. This is a great place to rent from.

Rarely do I write a negative review about a local business, but rent a storage unit elsewhere. I gave them the required notice in the contract and they repeatedly forgot to cancel my unit, charging me in rent. I am finally getting my money back, after calling multiple times and never getting a call back. The final phone call I did have with the owner was rude and unprofessional.

The management is great.

The Belgrade mini storage is the worst place to store anything your trailers will be robbed and your units will be broken into. They do not check anything in the yard. Please dont use them and tell a friend. And they do not have any surveillance.
