These people are amazing!!! We had a furnace that had issues that would not go away. After months and months and several companies that couldnt figure out the problem, a friend recommended Hometown. They solved the problem within minutes of looking at it. Tim thought that he knew what the problem was before he got there, and I thought there was no way. I almost paid another company over $6000 to replace the furnace because they couldnt figure it out!!! Hometown solved it with no parts needing replacement, just service for less than $100. He went over the problem and even pointed out a few other things that were about to cause more problems to save me from this kind of trouble again in the future, even though he could have just waited to charge me for it when it went wrong. We needed to have two furnaces serviced in our rental homes since cold weather was upon us. Brooke at Hometown Heating got us scheduled for both places really quickly and spent a lot of time explaining everything the tech would do, what the charge would be, and what might cause the charge to be different (like if he ran into a problem that needed attention). She also told us a way to save a little money by letting them know the filter size ahead of time so the service tech could bring the correct size with him and not have to potentially go get one if it was an irregular size not normally stocked on the truck.We really appreciated the thoroughness of the pre-service call and of the money saving tip.Mike was the service tech that came to both homes and he was super helpful and informative. One home was a new purchase and we didnt know much about the system. He gave us a full run down on it.Coincidentally, the next week we needed an emergency visit to a home we look after as property managers and Hometown Heating got us in the very next morning. It was again Mike who answered the call and he replaced a faulty thermostat for folks that were only in town for the week and it saved their trip!Many thanks for the great service from everyone!!
