Love the crew here! They have always been honest and helpful. They treat women with respect (even without our guys present!), and are quick with their work. I also love that if I have a problem elsewhere, I can find a tire warehouse and they have my records on file for any warranty or work Ive had done.

Got my tires at tire warehouse. When I came in for a rotation after 10,000 miles they noticed some uneven tread ware and did an alignment check and fixed the problem right on the same day. Love the professionalism of this crew.

Good tires but was never sent a rebate. Customer support was poor and I was lied to about rebate and when I asked for a refund the guy said he couldnt undo the computer refund.

It was quick, it was painless, I would go there again if I ever had problems. A man named Nick Harvey walked me through getting the tires I needed and was patient with me finding the specs. Even with trouble of me hearing him through a mask, Nick repeated things about four times until I could understand. Theyre good people and youll get what you need.

Yesterday I had to get my vehicle looked at due to a bad tire on my drive up from CT. I needed service quickly, as we were leaving Maine the day I realized the tire needed replacement. After calling around to several shops in the area - that were booked up until August - I began to worry. I finally found a competitor that could service me day of in Belfast - who tried to ring up a bill for me for over 1500$ (probably trying to take advantage of an out of state driver). I luckily did some more research and found the Tire Warehouse nearby and gave them a ring. Eric answered the phone and was very professional, kind, and quick finding me the correct tire size and said it was in stock in his system. I immediately left the competitors garage, and headed to the Tire Warehouse. Upon arrival, *Eric and his crew were more than accommodating. I explained my situation to Eric, and he gave me his honest opinion on my vehicle. I took his recommendation. They had the 2 rear tires replaced and bill for service settled within 45 minutes. I was extremely impressed. **Anyone in the area should look no further for your tire / repair services. The team here is friendly, genuine, and provides quick and reliable service. I made it 400 miles back to CT with no issues. If I am ever in the area again and have any car troubles (knock on wood) I will surely use these guys. The girl who was working on the vehicles when i was there was very nice and extremely helpful, even overfilled the tire for me so i could get to a tire shop that had my size tire. The reason for my 2 star review is because the person at the desk, she was extremely rude, Wish i had got her name to make a formal complaint. She couldnt plug my tire which I understood but she was extremely rude about it. Deserves to be Fired,

Just got my first set of studded snow tires ever. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable with all of the questions I had. Great atmosphere. I was really happy that they got me right in and out and on my way. I will definitely be back in the spring for the change over. Eric gave me a fair but generous price on my tires he got my car in and out very promptly even checked to make sure my vehicle was lined up properly to ensure I didnt need an alignment after the tires were put on... he has an outgoing nature with the customers and always makes sure you leave his shop safe and satisfied with his service!!!!

I live in Union & have no place to get a tire repaired. Did a temp patch &called the Tire warehouse. They said to come right up. I did & they immediately repaired my tire & said there was no cost. I gave them a 20.00 to put towards lunch for the crew. These guys are awesome !! I would recommend anyone to go there for tires or repairs!

Scheduled a appointment online got a confirmation went to my appointment and got told it was scheduled for a week from when I scheduled even after I showed my confirmation guy was very rude and got told to call next time instead of scheduling online.

I would like to give negative stars. Would not recommend this place to any one. I keep trying to give them a chance and every time it ends in a total failure. The Tire Warehouse in Bangor is great for tires and alignment. the one in Rockland is great for tires. The one in belfast should just close the doors

Had a rotted out tire. Heard this Tire Warehouse was the best option. I went in with my donut wheel on, had them inspect my tires, and learned I needed my two rear tires replaced (one being the one with the donut). They ordered that day and called me about 24 hours later telling me my tires arrived. When I headed back the next day, they were quick in replacing the two tires and putting the donut back under my SUV. Excellent service, hospitality, and always able to answer any questions. I highly recommend coming here for any vehicle issues/questions.

Ended up with a flat tire on Thanksgiving morning--!! Went in on the following day to have it fixed and was helped with great courtesy, amiability, and professionalism. I certainly recommend this place and the gentlemen who work there...and will remember them when it comes time to purchase new tires! Thank you, guys! :)

I had a flat after work and I spent just over $ 100 between a jack a wrench and then after that a emergency lug remover that wouldn’t work. I called Eric at tire warehouse and explained to him what the issue was to gain some advice and he sent a technician over that had the stuck lug off and even gave me a ride to the shop and back as well as put the tire back on for me. They have definitely earned my business for years to come

I was about a mile away from the Tire Warehouse when my tire pressure warning light went on. Pulled in just to get some air and was attended to immediately. One tire was much lower than the others and the service man suggested he take a look at the tire. As soon as the tire was off there was a very visible screw. He offered to look at it right away. In 120 minutes my tire was repaired AND there was no charge. I was most impressed with the quality of service and the generous help I got that day. I am in Maine during the summer-fall months and next year I will be buying my tires at the Tire Warehouse. (6 stars if I could)

Went to Tire Warehouse today for new tires. They were very pleasant and courteous. They worked within my budget and didnt try to sell me something I didnt want or need. I came home very pleased. I highly recommend them.

I was having a major panic attack worried about my tires. I got my 3rd and 4th flat in winter harbor Maine where virtually no air compressor not tire place exists. I reluctantly proceeded on my trek home and drove by tire warehouse in Belfast. The guy name Eric at the counter was super sweet, and listened to me, and helped me right away. I was literally out of there in 2minutes. It was the best experience during a very very vulnerable time in my life. My angels!

I found a nail in my tire on the way to work and headed directly to the Belfast location for assistance. First time customer, they took me in with no trouble and no appointment. They were unable to patch it but got me a new tire in minutes and had me on the road and back to work in half an hour.
