My husband and I recently moved here and needed to get a mailbox. They were very helpful. Now..... we are having to go back to the state we came from for awhile, for reasons I am not going to go into, and they were very helpful with me giving up the mailbox. Great service.

The absolute worst. I feel sorry for the 3 good workers there because they have an awful manager. She thinks she can drag you around and threaten you. Its just wonderful 😂

As always, they did a wonderful job getting me what I needed, quickly and efficiently.

Great service, and wonderful people. My wife and I went in to ship out a package and pick up one. Everyone was super friendly and seemed happy to help. I have nothing but good things to say about this post office. Very happy its in the town of Belen,NM.

This post office is everything youd expect from a government funded operation. Its horrible. The staff person I dealt with was rude and didnt want to listen to questions let alone answer them. Im so tired of people and places like this. This post office needs to reacquaint themselves with professionalism. Just terrible and shameful.

They have been really slow on delivering our packages . we pay for 2 day delivery on Amazon prime, it takes them long to deliver them . They need to hire more people to get the job done Rite!

This is the WORST post office ever the staff are unbelievable. My printer was running out of ink and messed up the scan part a little but the numbers came out perfect. The staff there refused to help ship out and refused to type in the numbers no one was there just one other guy and she still didn’t do it. The post office in peralta Los Lunas was very polite and extremely helpful as well as thoughtful and helped type the numbers so we could still ship it NEVER again will I go to Belen post office. it’s dirty as well and with covid-19 you think they would clean a bit. Complete trash service.

Post office relayed our mail boxes and now keys wont let us get the mail no one answers phone in Belen office

Despite many written requests to leave packages at the door, the carrier crammed a box containing camera lenses into the mailbox so tightly that the package wont come out. Why??

I have trying to get my mailbox keys for going on 2 months spike with Kim who was rude the first time! The second time spoke directly with Kim to make sure it was done right the third time was promised my keys by 8/16/19 it is now 8/20/2019! Very disappointed!!
