I paid in full for a 40-yard dumpster that was scheduled two weeks in advance. They cancelled the day before at 3:30 in the afternoon. Not fun for me to reschedule the entire project just because theyre disorganized. They couldnt offer me anything more than sorry.

This family owned business is extremely generous! They will go out of their way to help you! They get my vote every time!

We live in Bosque Farms, and We have used AC Disposal Services for almost 5 years and we can say they are reliable and helpful...the driver got out of the truck one windy day to help us pick up the papers that blew out to the street from the dumpster. The Office personnel have always been polite on the phone.

We miss them in Peralta!!

AC Disposal does not deserve to retain the city contract with such ill managed business practices. If they spent more time and effort on Customer Service maybe their services might be worth retaining.

5 time did not pick up trash. NEVER had any problems with waste management. Mistake to go with this company??

AC Disposal Trash Service is as good or better than any service weve had. They have been our residential trash service for 3 years. There has never been a problem. The trash is picked up when scheduled, never gets spilled, and dumpsters arent knocked over. I am also pleased with Daniel at the recycling center in Belen. He is always helpful, courteous, & friendly.

AC disposal did not pick up three of the five houses on our street yesterday. When I called to report it, the driver said he had picked it up, and now I need to call the city to put in a work order. I shouldnt have to. The customer is always right! I have been unhappy with AC disposal since they took over. They need to work on their customer service and do the right thing.

Did not empty one of our two garbage barrels for the third week in a row. Called last week and spoke to a person who said the right person would call me back. That did not happen and the second barrel was not emptied again.

Worst service ever. Office will mislead you. Don’t trust or believe what they promise you.Made special effort to have extra bags of yard clippings picked up. Called office and made arrangement. Agreed to pay extra charges.Prima Donna Pick up man refused to pick up bags and put them in truck. He didn’t want to handle them. Just grass clippings etc.Office said it’s his choice. Don’t trust office when they promise extra removal service will be provided. They have no authority over guy in truck.We hauled bunch of bags of yard clippings out to the curb for pickup then had to haul them back in and haul them away ourself.Very disappointing service. No help from office.

Seems like a once a month Im calling for them to pick up my trash ! Then I call and they say someone will come tomorrow, but noone comes! When my commercial dumpster is filled where do they expect my tenants to put the trash ?

The people who work at AC Disposal are very friendly and, in my opinion, go the extra mile for the customer! I ordered service for my elderly mom and after I explained who I needed the service for, the gal told me about their handicapped services where the person who drives the truck will come into her yard to pick up the trash can, empty it, and take it back to her yard so she doesnt have to roll that huge bin to the road. Also, they are less expensive than the other disposal service in our area!Thank you, AC Disposal Services, for going the extra mile for your customers!

Staff inside the building is friendly enough but some of the residential drivers are rude. Definitely unprofessional at best.
