I blew a tire outside Socorro and was alone and concerned since it was Sunday and, it seemed, everything was closed. I kept looking online and found Craigs was open. I was towed to Craigs and met with kindness and concern. They changed my spare at no charge, gave me advice and treated me as carefully as if I werefamily. I highly recommend Craigs.

These guys are amazing! Quality work and they helped me and my son when we were having a vehicle issue! The staff are very pleasant and the boss man went out of his way to make sure my sons vehicle was completed! 5 stars all around

This amazing company stayed open late on a Sunday night to rescue us with new tires. We were broke down with 4 flats on our trailer and could not move. I ran into a major problem with a tiny house that blew 2 tires on I 25 and called first thing in the morning and Jr answered the phone extremely courteous and professional told me he can handle my situation no problem and told me I had a couple of options. I drove down and walked in the door told the girl at the counter that I talked to a man on the phone named Jr he walked in the door he looked at me I said trailer tires he gave me a thumbs up and that was that absolutely professional service fast service got me and got me out and got me on my way. Talking to Jr hes been in this business for 40 years his dad called him and hes taking over and this is his own personal place and he runs it the way a shop should be run taking care of customers and making sure their needs are met absolutely awesome place absolutely awesome individual thank you so much Jr.

After 20+years of using Craigs Tire I will NEVER use them again. Over the last few years theres been a slow decline in service. After completely ruining my wheel covers and ONLY after having photographic proof of the damages was any attempt made to correct the issues. The lies and excuses are just the final straw. Find somewhere else!

Had an alignment done on my 95 F150 4x4 after 2.5 inch lift. Great price, and Jason saved me 100 bucks! Truck pulled a little to the left, but took it back the next day, and they fixed it, no questions asked. I appreciate honest businesses. Thanks.

Went in for tire repair on my fifth wheel. Turns out I cracked my rim. They ordered a new one for me and had it fixed the same day. Super friendly staff. I felt welcomed and like I was a priority. I highly recommend them for your tire needs.

I bought 2 brand new tires for my trailer i. Sept 16th from Craig tire. The 26th they both blew out. Tne guy at Craig told me they cant do anything to help me& unless i had the old tires i was on my own.i told him i am a mover, was loaded to the back door and didnt have room for them. He said there was nothing that they could do! I live in belen and always give them business & couldnt believe how they were treating me. So i guess im out over 800 bucks and im ON MY OWN nice having a home town shop taking such good care of there customers 😡

This place is run by a bunch of crooks. If your part of there click your good, price will be fair. If your not prepare to be bent over. Wife was on way to work ran over something limped in to craigs, had to get new tire. All said and done 345 dollars. Seen she was a women and desperate and didnt know any better and took advantage of that. I would not recommend doing business here.

I bought a tube and tire from this establishment in the fall of last year. Ended up getting a flat at no fault to them. Took my tire back and explained what had happened and they fixed it, corrected the issue and carried the tire back to my truck free of charge! Had a blow oit on the way to belen drove to craig and parked on front of the car ports and waited about 20 minutes with all the mechanics kinda just staring around and duh the back tire was jacked up. So i go inside and two young ladies were real quik to help and the only mechanic that helped me out was JR he was awesome! And Litha and Letha were just wonderful thanks changing a negative experience into a positive.

This rip off outfit charged 37 dollars to replace valve stems and balance. It is a 16 inch tire and I asked for a bolt in metal valve stem. Your manager tried to up the price after the work was done by another 100 dollars.

My tire pressure was low so I pulled in and they got me back on the road right away. Since I bought my tires there, I had no cost to remove the nail and do the repair. Due to covid, I had hardly any contact with ppl and I was able to stay in my car while they fixed it. Super fast, super friendly. Thank you Craig Tire. :)

Services were great and their work is awesome I’ve been going off and on for years. The employees have always been very hospitable, but the one complaint I’ve experienced coming with friends to get work done and coming myself through the years is I believe it is one of the owners can be eccentric and loud yelling at employees which does make it uncomfortable. I’ve heard her rushing the workers which makes me nervous that the work won’t be done with the care it needs due to the stress I even feel as a customer. I support the business but not sure about returning in the near future.

The absolute go to place for any tire needs in Belen. They will check your tire pressure for free and give you an estimate. The can accommodate any tire need and the staff is knowledgeable and courteous.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. My husband bought a lift for my truck. He was in the process of taking off the tires. The lug nuts were over torqued and they snapped. Craig Tire were the last guys to rotate and balance the tires. They did not want to come to our home to fix their issue that they caused because now the truck is not driveable. The manager accused my husband of taking the tire off and trying to put it back on and was the one who broke the lugs. This could of caused a serious accident if one of my tires fell off while driving because of the over torqued lugs. This is bad business and very unprofessional. Be aware they do not honor their work when they are obviously at fault.

Busy, busy, but they take care of you, just be prepared to wait. One of the only two tire retailers in Belen, New Mexico. Fair prices for used tires. Friendly staff. Because of COVID, they request you stay in your car & theyll come out to you. Just have patience 👍

Went into Craig’s today to patch a nail on the outer wall of my tire and everyone there was extremely polite and helpful. They patched the tire quickly and let me know of other items on my car that would need attention later, but they did not try to up-sell me and I was very appreciative that they didn’t push additional services on me and let me get back on the road. I felt very taken care of and I took my car back to be serviced later that day because I felt they were genuine with their recommendations and honest with their prices. I think they have a new lifetime customer due to their efficiency and friendly treatment. Go to Craig’s, it’s a really nice place :-)

This is a great place for the mechanical work necessary to keep your tires, wheels, and brakes working properly.I took my car into Craig Tire for an alignment and after checking it over, they told me that I didnt need one. They then checked a few other things and suggested some maintenance that wasnt needed right away, but that I should plan to have done in about a year based on my driving habits.What excellent customer service! I will definitely be coming back here.

This place is cool. I brought in two flats and they repaired them. The next day one was low again. I could have hit a nail later that day, then I waited a week and brought it back. They repaired it again for free. Thank you guys.

We had a wheel bearing go out while on vacation and found this shop to be close to our hotel. They got our van in later that same day after ordering the correct parts. They are efficient and very nice. It has a family run business feel. They dont push anything on you. They dont go out with a tire guage to assess you existing tires and bring you into the store and try to convince you need 4 new tires when you just went in for a flat. If you want a tire on the front wheel theyll do it without saying they will only put a new tire on the rear. No B.S. Fresh coffee and water too.

My RV blew out a tire on the highway. Tires were all old, and didnt have a jack at the time. Craig Tire sent a driver who not only installed a spare, but escorted my vehicle back to their location. I decided to buy a complete new set of tires. It was near closing time, but they stayed and did a great job installing the new tires. Their service was great from beginning to end, and Ive been happy with the new tires since.

Be careful when calling and asking for prices. I was told $440 per tire with mounting and balancing included from Marty on the exact brand and model of tire. I arrived at the store 7 days later and Marty was off, so JR said no that tire is $469 plus $28 for balancing. I left the store paying close to $1100 for 2 steer tires, when in reality it should have been no more then $1000.

It’s been about 30 years I have been trusting Craig Tire with my tire, wheel, suspension, alignment issues and they do excellent work. Friendly, helpful, full service minded folks. Reasonable pricing.

Went to get an alignment on my van & was told that I needed a new tie rod & new shocks so I took it home & found out that all my parts were still in good shape & nothing wrong with them so I took my van to big o tires in Los lunas instead & they aligned it with no problems. That is bad business of Craig tires! I wouldnt not recommend & I will never do any business with them again!

My boyfriend and I were on our way back from seeing family, we were about 3 hours from home and noticed that our tires were on the brink of exploding because they were absolutely bald. We pulled off the freeway and called every tire shop within an hour of us. Most were closed, some didn’t have our size, others were wanting to charge my whole paycheck for one tire. My mom actually helped me find Craig Tire and after she spoke to Marty on the phone, she let me know they were going to help us get home safe!The entire staff at Craig Tire was so kind and genuinely caring, it felt like home the whole time we were there. And I literally shed a tear when I saw our grand total because I could not believe that we received that level of timeliness, customer service, and overall experience at such a low, LOW, cost. I would 10000% recommend to any one in the area or anyone traveling through who may need new tires or tire repair. We could not thank Marty and the Craig Tire team enough for taking care of us!

Great tire shop, full service ! New, used, wheels, roadside, ag tires, emergency commercial sized roadside. They came to rescue when we had a double blowout on the highway. They came right to us and did the tire changes and followed us to their shop to change out all our tires the same day.
