Avoid this. They charge you before they will even make an appointment. The charge to schedule an appointment was $139 or I could buy an extended plan for $129 and monthly fees. Year old fridge, one month past warranty. Oh and wait for five days.... yes 5 days! before they can schedule said pre-paid appointment. Dont call the number, dont use the online chat. Avoid them. Get someone who is qualified, local, independent instead. My local guy showed up in 45 minutes, not 5 days.

It is no longer Sears appliance repair. It is the bargain square thrift store and its amazing!

This is not Sears any longer. What it is, is the new location for the Adelante thrift store. Realizing theyre just starting up, there are a few things that could be available to the patrons due to the very desolate location: #1 Public restroom. #2 Hand sanitizer stations (since various folks are handling the merchandise). #3 Its summer time and its very uncomfortable to walk around in there. The employees are fortunate enough to have a fan in the checkout area, however not everyone (employees) can hang out there. Anyway just my thoughts.

Sears couldnt come til the end of Nov. and a local appliance repair man is much less expensive. Its still Oct.
