Zero stars, rude and disrespectful. When my fiance and I filed our taxes they made jokes about us and when we wanted to go somewhere else they wanted to charge us 10$ to get OUR own W2 Form back basically forcing us to use their service over something so trivial. Once the irs sent dop the approval I called them and said our income was in their bank already so we can get the check. They gave me the run around and argued with me for a week only for them to Finally get their supervisor to see the money had been there the whole time. We almost lost a house among other things and dop is content with themselves...i wouldnt use this business to save my life.
