Alfred and his crew were professional and punctual from the very beginning. From the initial meeting in his office, to a home visit for measurements, to the installation of the floor and all the communication in between, we never had a doubt for a single step. Ive put off getting new carpet for years due to the headache of too many choices, not wanting to ruin it while raising children & having pets and the nightmare of moving all of our stuff out of the rooms. Well we should have listened to our friends...a lame sales pitch but we bit on it. Cudos to him, they did have a nice selection of flooring materials. After the sales we needed the toilets adjusted but after calling and speaking with Alfred 3 times he told us he would have his licensed plumber come by and fix it. After 2 no shows and 2 Ill check on it and call you back we are still waiting. DTA......dont trust anyone. This business kept the name Wiltons with 30+ years experience.....NOT. It is not the Wiltons of old, this guy has had it only a few years....Not related, not even from Texas. Treating customers like this....people in Beeville area will eventually learn of him.Oh well.....watch out for snakes in the grass!
