Sat there for 15 minutes being ignored. After finally getting to put my sons name down still had to wait another 30 minutes only for my sons hair cut to be the worst he has ever had. They can’t even cut bangs straight. And they were so unprofessional PLEASE do not give them your money. You’ll be disappointed and out of money.

Dont know her name, but a more mature woman was working Friday morning. She did a fast and efficient style on my mom. It came out fabulous. Second time back in almost 5 years because this used to be the worst place in town. Glad its so much better.

Beyond the worst cut ever! Husband took my son in for a hair cut and it was super patchy and uneven and croaked!!! Just super awful! We didnt get the name of the lady but she had a tattoo on her forearm that said disaster lol I guess that pretty much sums up how your hair will end up at the end.

Ive had my hair cut three times by three different stylist and have received great cuts every time. The staff is great every time Ive gone, they have always been upbeat and very friendly. They are patient with kids even those with special needs......I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

Took our mother-in-law to get her hair done for Mothers Day. Service was terrible. Mom disappointed. Stylist remark It will grow back. Do not go there. Do not use Sonya. When I asked her to work on it she said, I was supposed to be off at 7. They did not care that mom was not happy. Does not even deserve 1 star.

While waiting to sign in to get a haircut,overheard the employees discussing that they were tired and did not want to do any more cuts,despite being open for over another hour. I was told there were 5 others ahead,yet no one else was in the salon area except for those already in chairs. A sign would have been helpful out front and saved the drive. Waste of time and very unprofessional to discuss being tired in front of potential clients.

Ive always had good experience but the young stylist that did my hair tonight was rushing, I dont see any difference with my hair, told her if she could do more but told me it was too late. Might go back to the place but never with her.

Went in to get my husbands hair cut. All we wanted to do was a little trim. Would anyone that worked there hear us out? No. They were rude, inconsiderate, and had absolutely not one ounce of customer service. I was so disappointed. Wouldnt go back even if the hair cut was free.

Took my granddaughter for a trim first we had to wait 30 mins then the girl that cut her hair was obviously having a bad day or something she had a frown on her face the entire time and was getting aggravated with my granddaughter because she would not keep her head in the position she wanted her to mind you shes only 6 years old half way through the cut I just wanted to walk out I will never return there again!
