Joshua came out right after I called when we had a hail storm. He walked me through everything. He made it easier then I ever thought possible with insurance to get my damage repaired. My new roof looks awesome. Fast and cleaned up everything. Didnt lean one nail. Highly recommend!!!!

Josh and his team at Rebuild Texas was first rate, top-notch. From the beginning of the process, they were proactive in communicating with me and my wife and responsive to all of our questions. The insurance company was being difficult and had multiple inspections and Josh was at every one of them and had to educate the various consultants that were hired by my insurance company. You wont regret it!They replaced our roof a year or so ago and we were impressed with their services, so we called again recently in regards to a leak in our sunroom where it joins with the chimney. For some history, we had the leak issue for some time and a previous (different) company had tried to fix it and couldnt get it to stop leaking. Rebuild Teas put a new rood on my house in Georgetown, Texas, after a very bad hailstorm damaged at least 75-8o % of the roofs in Georgetown.Johnathan Turner, from Rebuild Texas, gave me the estimate, and supervised the work. Mr. Turner was very polite, very professional and kept me informed through every step of the process, His crew did their work under 104 degree heat and just worked all day/ They cleaned up every scrap of tar paper and old shingles, and left my property spotless with a pretty new roof. they did not interrupt my day, and were done in just one dayand a few hours the next morning. When I was in the market for a new roof I did not know where to begin to look. I was fortunate enough to find Rebuild Texas Roofing. My first encounter with the service representative Jonathan has been second to none in regards to customer service. Jonathan walked me through each step of the roofing process, in addition he described each step of the process and informed me of how to proceed with my insurance claim.

Four roofing companies came to my house to help me in providing an estimate and review of hail damage. I selected one to meet with my insurance company. After all of this was done, the insurance company said there was not enough damage to warrant a replacement roof and the roofing company agreed. Two weeks later, I was talking to my neighbor, Floyd Wingrove and he mentioned that I should speak to the company that did his roof, Rebuild Texas. By coincidence we had the same insurance company and they approved this roof. Floyd was very pleased with Rebuild Texas’ representative Jennifer Keefe. I called the company and Jennifer came out in a couple of days, inspected the roof, and told me she saw significant damage. I told her about the other roofing companies and she said my insurance company was known to deny most of the initial claims and that you had to ask for another inspection. She also knew that this area was hit by hail and that we should have been assigned a catastrophic adjuster. Her knowledge of the industry was excellent so I let her company appeal my initial claim. After another inspection, where Jennifer’s team was here to meet the inspector, they agreed to reroof my home and garage. Without Rebuild Texas’ expertise I would never had received the correct roof adjustment from my insurance carrier. That alone would be enough to warrant the highest rating.However, I cannot stop there. Rebuild Texas helped me order the correct shingles, made sure the insurance company replaced the type of roof that was originally on my house 13 years ago, and even arranged for me to see actual samples of the roof before ordering. We agreed on the date and they arrived on time and on the exact date of the appointment. The crew as excellent and actually cleaned up everything before they left the two-day job. They arrived around 7am on the two days and did not leave until after 7pm each evening. What was more amazing is that Jennifer was here the entire time – all 2 days to make sure everything was as promised.Excellent work, pride in the job, wonderful attitudes, and complete cleanup. Following a May 2019 hail storm south of Houston, Rebuild Texas replaced our roof. Josh Rosheisen and Connor Green handled the assessment and coordination with the insurance adjuster very quickly and professionally. They then provided a high-quality package of all the material options and made clear recommendations for our home. A very competent crew then did the installation in a day and a half, providing good protection for our pool (huge tarp!) and the beds around the house. We are very pleased with the finished product and the cost. Communication throughout, particularly by Josh, was excellent. We highly recommend the Rebuild Texas Houston team!

Re-Build Texas Construction was the best roofing company to deal with from the very start. Initially I talked with Josh on the phone about what I was looking for. He came to assess the damage, met back with me to review products and coverage from my insurance, and they completed my roof today. Along the way, their entire team provided exceptional service, made me aware of different product quality to make the best informed decision, and really went to to bat for me. My insurance company refused to pay for certain necessary items, but Nick at the Re-Build Texas Construction team worked with them on explaining what was necessary and why it needed to be done and got it all worked out without me having to worry about it. Darrin called me yesterday to set up installation today. His crew was here at the time he said they would be and they worked diligently to complete the job very early in the afternoon. They took time to lay tarps to catch debris and materials and afterwards cleaned everything up thoroughly, with nothing left behind. And the result is a beautiful roof. Everything lines up evenly, quality exceeded expectations, and looks stellar. I’ve seen some other roofing company’s do a poor job where lines don’t line up and it’s obvious those other companies do not care about quality. I’ve used Re-Build Construction years ago on and old house and the quality and service back then was exactly the same. I got a very professional and prompt service from Rebuild Texas Construction since day one. All other companies were too busy to come to come to my house. I called Rebuild TX to request a quote, and Nathan called me right away. He worked with my schedule. He came to our home at 6PM 3 times. He explained what was causing our leak, and gave us different options. He wasnt pushy at all, but he explained the repairs so easy to understand. Then, he came to put a tarp in our house to mitigate the leak. It wasnt easy because another roofer tried to it before and he couldnt install it. But, Nathan made work perfectly, and stop our leak until the roof got replaced. I am really happy with Nathan and I definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a reputable, professional, and honest company.

When we needed a roof replacement from hail damage in Sun City Texas, we considered several contractors. From our 2020 experience, happy to recommend Rebuild Texas, headquartered in Bedford, Texas. They understood well the Sun City architectural requirements and local building codes, which had changed since the original roof install. The Project Manager invested significant time in inspecting the roof, vents and even a leak area in the attic. They provided a short-term tarp to cover the worst area. They worked with us through the entire insurance process, reconciling the insurance estimating. The shingles we selected were manufactured by a well-known manufacturer, and Rebuild provided specification details to be able to discern the different quality levels, weight and appropriate application underlayment. The roof is a large investment and they helped us to make an informed choice. The Project Manager Johnathan Turner. was excellent in preparing the site and crew coordination for a smooth construction day. They arrived on the scheduled day fully prepared. The work was done with quality, including adjusting the air pressure of equipment to compensate for the intense Texas summer heat during the day. No staples – the underlayment was done properly with washers under the nails. The crew worked smart – all their trucks, trailers and equipment…..including automated lifts to carry the shingles to the roof….equipment was in great condition and the crew worked with appropriate safety. Johnathan Turner. utilized several different specialists during the install to check the install process. The crew worked a very, very long day to be able to finish the job. They were very clean at the job site, picking up all debri and using a magnet to check for nails. To finish, the gutter was replaced – again on scheduled date, timely and quality work with very professional crew that had the right equipment to do the job correctly. I couldnt be happier with the service provided by Rebuild Texas Construction. I worked with Brian Baney who was very straight forward with me from the start. Ive been burned by a roofing company in the past, they basically took all the insurance money and didnt repair everything that was covered, leaving me none the wiser. But Brian was great about listening to my concerns and explaining to me how the entire process would work from start to finish.The work was completed quickly and professionally. I was completely satisfied, but upon final inspection the inspector didnt like where a downspout was placed and scheduled to have someone come out and move it to where our french drains can better handle the runoff. Extra work that I didnt request or pay for, just to do things the right way. You dont find service like that these days.100% satisfied and Ive already hired them to handle some additional work. Rebuild Texas did an outstanding job on our roof. Well I knew that already since they did our roof about 7 years ago, when the last major hail storm came through. Since I knew the kind of quality work and products coming from Rebuild, I selected them again in a heartbeat. We saw many other roofing companies doing their thing after the 2018 hail storm, and most of them left on the black paper before shingles. For Rebuild, they always remove the old underlying paper and replace with new synthetic backing before shingles. Great experience..quality work..I have used them twice

Nick showed up in our cul de sac two days after the horrendous hail storm last June. He was talking to our immediate neighbor who had like me, used rebuild TX in 2011. I had worked with Nick Dad at that time but was very pleased with the repair work done at that time. Nick met with insurance adjuster on the following Sunday. The adjuster was from up North and was not at all familiar with the Texas weather conditions or local building codes. Nick spent a lot of time correcting and resubmitting the work orders. The roofing work was performed quickly and efficiently with great care take to minimize any debris in our garden.Whenever I called Nick with a question or a concern he was very prompt in replying and resolving any issues. I referred Rebuild Tx to several other homeowners in our HOA who have equally been satisfied with the work performed. Great job, well done Rebuild Texas team!!!
