Spoke with Christian regarding switching three lines from Verizon and ordering two new phones. Christian was very helpfully is switching over all of our lines and getting our new phones ordered. Also assisted in getting us set up for home internet as well. Would definitely do business with this location again.

Terms convenience and professionalism are often thrown around without concrete meaning. When it came to Johnathan at the Bedford store the meaning was refined and solidified at the highest level. My wife and I went in to add our phones to an existing T mobile account. We arrived a bit late to the store, but I have to say I was more than pleased with the way Spencer and Michael treated us. Not once did they make us feel like they were trying to hurry us up. Instead they were extremely patient with us, and they went above and beyond to help us get our phones transferred in. Even when we had nothing but issues from our other carrier they were there patiently helping us. We left the store with everything working properly, and we cannot even say how appreciative we are of them for their exceptional customer service. We look forward to being T-Mobile clients for many more years. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for exceptional customer service, take the drive to this store it will be worth your while. Jonathan and Michael each went above and beyond to help me in a complicated situation. Jons knowledge of both product and plans was extensive and we came to a satisfactory resolution quickly. Even then he thought of an applicable offer that was above and beyond my expectations for an outcome. Michaels patience and persistence on the support phone secured the option and his deft skill with the product application was careful, accurate and practiced. Both were extremely friendly, empathetic, and turned a stressful challenge into a great experience. I am overwhelmed with gratitude and hope both of these gentlemen recieve recognition for outstanding service and compassion.

I recently needed to go in to get my sim card changed and was trying out a new store. I was a sprint customer and usually went to the store in Manchester. I was in the area and figured I could pop in quickly and get it switched. Not only did I get it switched, but they let me know about how to merge to t-mobile and the benefits I will have. I went into this store with my four teenageers to trade 2 phones and have the sim cards replaced in the others. Spencer, Christian and Michael were fabulous. They demonstrated extreme patience and even stayed an hour past the stores closing time to make sure that all of our phones worked correctly.

They were very patient with helping my family members and I with our phones. They even entertained us. Thank you Michael, Spencer, and Christian.

Excellent customer service. Best T Mobile in the region! Spencer helped me buy an Apple Watch SE and killed it! Made me feel comfortable and went out of his way to answer any questions I had.

My wife and I needed to upgrade our iPhones and Spencer was terrific. There was some sort of issue which made the upgrade take a while, but Spencer kept us up to date on what was happening and reassured us that whatever the problem was he would fix it. And he did. Fantastic experience and I’m really glad this store is near our home.

Spencer was by far the best representative I have ever dealt with. He was by far the nicest most respectful representative I have dealt with. He was able to help me with my phone issues and able to give me a credit after the other t mobile store refused to return my phone.You guys are very lucky to have him.

Horrible experience at Bedford store and T Mobile, we were told we could bring our phones over and our phone numbers. Halfway thru they discovered we could not bring phones over so provided us with new phones. In the process of backing up our info they lost several things, some we got back some we did not, plus the process took forever. When we got home there was no service. I was told to wait 24-48hrs. Ultimately we never did get any cell service, my phone number was not transferred, I still had the temporary number. Everything was returned within 4 days which was well in the range of the 14 days for return and refund. Then I got a bill from T Mobile for $80.00! It took many phone calls to T Mobile and 2 months to get rid of this headache!! I actually give NO stars but it wont post w/o picking one.

Ray was a real lifesaver my phone was not making or receiving any calls. He updated my SIM card and gave me full access to the T-Mobile network. Not only did that fix my issue I now have signal inside my house!!

Let me start out by thanking all of the staff especially John and Travis very much. The customer service was amazing. They helped me set up my new Samsung device. It was the fastest cell phone store experience I have had.

Worked with Ray over there, I went in with the plan to switch carriers but he really made an impact. Walked me through switching phones, the kinds of deals they could get for me, what his opinions were on the quality stuff, not necessarily the most expensive. Walked out of there with a brand new phone for cheaper than what I was paying before. Overall a positive experience I definitely recommend.

I went into sprint (Colby court location) and was greeted by Travis. Mr.Travis was a very helpful associate when I upgraded my phone from the iPhone 8 to the iPhone 11. Travis is very knowledgeable of all the products in the store and was able to answer any/all questions I had while upgrading. The process was very quick and well worth the wait. Mr.Travis is an incredible associate!!!! Highly recommend going to this location if your gonna either switch to sprint or if you want to find a store that will benefit ALL your needs!!

Terrible experience & staff were incredibly unprofessional. Signed up for a new plan at this location three months ago and Im still dealing with reprocussions of that decision to this day. One small error I can understand but its been hours and hours on the phone with sprint reps trying to resolve the dozens of problems caused by the staff at this location. Cost me a lot of money and time I will never get back. Stay away from this location at all costs

Nelson made this procedure (which I hate) so pleasant and enjoyable. He put a sim card in my new phone, explained about insurance for the phone, transferred all the information from one phone to another and put on the new case. He was very helpful, patient and kind!
