The gentleman who came out was amazing. Called before arriving,showed up on time and found and dug out lid to septic tank. Courteous, on time and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone!

Fast Friendly Service!Our Tank needed to be pumped.We didn’t realize there is a recommended schedule of every 3-5 years.We have a “Filter” which we weren’t aware of and he explained about spraying it off in the Spring and Fall for maintaining of the filter and keeping things in check.Reasonable Rates considering what he is working with! Highly recommend!

Cleaned out my septic tank. He was on time, got the job done and offered me some good advice. Very nice to deal with and I will definitely be calling him again when I need this service again. I would highly recommend. His phone rang 3 or 4 times while here with calls to clean the septic, so he must be a well thought of and highly sought after.

The customer service of Kings septic was great! I called and he was here the next day! The cost was very reasonable as well! I would definitely recommend this business to others.

I hate to leave negative reviews, however my experience was bad enough that I feel the need to, in order to help others make an informed decision. First off as another review mentioned, the gentleman seemed very rude. Beyond that he only completed half of the job, as he only pumped one side of the tank. Also, the plug to our tank was left off. Finally, some sewage from the hose was dumped into our front yard and left. The only positive I can say is that he was available quickly to come out to do the job.

We were having problems with our septic that ended up being a clog but we went ahead and had it pumped anyway. Gentlemen was extremely friendly, shared some tips (the toilet we had running what we thought was minimal was producing enough water in the tank to be an issue), apologized it took so long because of where our tank was located in relation to where you could drive and rates were fantastic. They were recommended to me and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else.

I recommend because, I called in the afternoon he came the next morning on time. He is very knowledgeable with many years experience. He was on time, looked around to find the least hazardous path to the tanks. He backed down, got to work but took the time to explain what he was doing since we are new to septic systems. Most of all he is reasonably priced for a service that is necessary. I appreciate his hard work and honestly. Will definitely call again.

Spoke to a gentleman about coming and checking our tank to see if it needed pumped out, and possibly clearing our vent line, because of air back flowing through our system. I was informed that he didnt have time to just check my tank. He just had time to pump it out. He was rude and acted like I was bothering him, so Ill go to someone else.
