Appreciate quality of service and receipt of timely payments. The management fee is in keeping with industry standards. Brian is responsive to our requests and any questions we may have. He also responds in a timely manner to the tenants requests. Brian is professional and takes all required actions to insure that tenants are qualified and show ability to pay timely. This will be our third year with PMI. During this time our property has been well maintained by the tenants & PMI. We recommend their services.

Don’t waste your time buying property at the location on 10500 Lake June Rd. while this company is managing it. You will be charged $200 a month in fees and the only thing you will see is the landscaping being kept up and people picking up trash. 4 exterior lights on the property have been out since December of last year!!!! It is now June and they are still out. BRIAN & Co may increase your fees because the people who are renting throw trash everywhere, put furniture and mattresses in front of the dumpster and some people don’t pickup after their pets not including the stray cats and dogs that come through and poop in your front door. But if you are Mr. & Mrs. Weed who own half the units there you may be excluded from fee increases. If you own property there and are not considering selling it I suggest you read the book by Gregory S. Cagle titled: TEXAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION LAW: 3rd Edition. Know your rights!!! After reading this book you will discover all the things BRIAN is NOT doing.
