The price is unmatched in the area. Thanks telesales rep quote me an exorbitant price, and I had made up my mind that this would not work for me. I only took Walters call as a courtesy as I had already scheduled a viewing. Boy, Im glad that I did take the call! Walter was willing to work with me to schedule the viewing outside business hours (I went there around 6:30 pm). He was professional... he explained the infra and amenities Id get if I signed up. Not once in the viewing process did he push the sale. He just gave me the information. The price negotiation was very quick and Walter gave me a great price.Been a tenant for just over 45 days and its been great. Keri, the community manager is awesome. Very friendly and cheerful. Shes prompt in responding to requests, and willing to consider special requests without a fuss.Overall, great infrastructure, awesome people and Id definitely recommend it.
I have a virtual office with Regus, which includes mail and telephone services. Its nice knowing my mail and packages are safely held until I can pick them up. Its also nice getting an email with my voice mail messages as soon as someone leaves me a message!
Do not sign a contract! They sent an automatic renewal 2 months prior to our contract ending. I submitted the cancellation online twice, then went into the local office with a letter and sent it to Regus support. I received a confirmation email for our cancellation. They still renewed my contract and are now attempting legal actions for breach of contract that we didnt sign! Absolutely terrible customer service, completely useless.
If youre in the market for New Hampshire office space you should look no further than Regus in Bedford. My experience has been great. Both Regus on-site employees, Walter and Keri, are awesome to work with.
