Not even a 1 star the owner is extremely rude. I nearly questioned her about a special that was advertised on the website and she very abruptly told me that she would not honor it because it was for November only. Whelp... if it were only for November then she should have updated her website. I read the special on 12/5. I also asked about the free consultation and if the $25 to make an appointment would go to the first treatment. Be careful for this very rude business owner.

I have had 5 laser treatments at Laser Ink and I have to say I am very impressed with the results. Initially, I was going to another place for my tattoo removal with a very poor experience that resulted in scarring. At Laser Ink, however, I have been met with the knowledge and expertise I was searching for all along.The reason, I gave 4 stars and not 5 does not reflect the quality of tattoo removal here as the results have been excellent. Indeed, the reason for my rating comes down to cost. I pay about 225.00 for each treatment I receive here and its just a lot more expensive than I had expected. But because its important for me to have this procedure, I find a way to make it work. If you follow their FB, sometimes they offer promotions and discounts. Like for instance, they offered a 500 credit for services for only 250.00. I scooped that deal up immediately! It would be nice if they offered a price reduction for low-income folks though.Aside from the cost, my experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed for a somewhat painful procedure. Last time I was there, we discussed the scarring I received at another facility, and she mentioned that she would be willing to do a laser treatment for the scar at no cost for the first time. And she explained the cost for further treatments if I desired. She showed me a picture of other results and explained exactly what the laser does for scar treatment. Very informative and very helpful.I will probably only have one more tattoo removal treatment here and I am just so thankful that I found Laser Ink because it made the possibility of tattoo removal a reality. I only wish I had found them sooner! Thank you staff for your services!

Just stopped in for my first consultation and ended up with a tattoo removal procedure on three tattoos. The office is clean, friendly and professional. Roberta is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Great pricing! I wish I started this procedure years ago.

I went there twice now for laser scar reduction and had a great experience. She was very honest about what to expect. The scar I was looking to get rid of was an old one from a really bad burn I got as a kid so she told me that the treatment would not fully remove the scar but would even out the raised area and remove some of the hyper-pigmentation. I really appreciate that she took the time to explain how the laser worked and didnt over-sell the results so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Prices are reasonable, great customer service and a nice environment.

🚧 Be wary of fraudulent charges. Receipts that do not have what you purchased on them are a catch 22. Your card will let them go through; but its impossible to dispute without going through the nursing board, consumer protection bureau & better business bureau. ⚠️Typically had, had a very good facial with the picco laser. However, the Fraxel laser had very poor results including but not limited to burns, welts & scars that have not disappeared 5 months later.Went to this facility for a long time until the above occurred. I found the owner, felt she did not have to address patients complaints and/or concerns. An extremely unpleasant experience. With no follow up until - you go through the above. ⤴️

I had 2 PicoSure Skin Rejuvenation Facials with Roberta. She is extremely knowledgeable on the science of the laser, very safety cautious, and she is a fountain of education, and provides excellent client care. This was my first experience with a more aggressive path to achieving wrinkle reduction and skin smoothing, I admit, I was nervous. The sensation was exactly as she said, Prickly Heat, I was never uncomfortable.My face looked like a I had a mild sunburn (which was kind of nice in January) and the next morning the redness was gone. There is noticeable tightening of my skin on day 1. I trust Roberta 100% to perform any aesthetic treatments on me. She’s also a very friendly, easy going and fun person. More affordable than other tattoo places, excellent quality service. Ive been going for tattoo removal for a while and the results are phenomenal. There is no scarring or any permanent damage left behind after my removal. It is exceptionally painful for me because I am such a big baby when it comes to any bit of pain but its well worth the amount of ink that gets removed each session!

I have had tattoos removed here with no issues. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and comfortable environment. I highly recommend this place.
