I brought them my rings and necklace that were broken. Not only did they fix them but when I got them back they looked brand new. I bought some jewelry here recently and I could not have been happier with the experience that I had! I spoke to Rob, he showed me several different things in my price range as well as some a little more and a little less expensive and then told me the reasons why they were that way. I was impressed with his knowledge and insight. I feel that he helped me make the best decision for what I wanted. I will definitely go back to KB and buy more jewelry in the future.

A family owned operation thats much better than any chain store.Ive been going here since I moved to Bedford 5 years ago. Knowledge and customer support are second to none.At large chains youll normally have to deal with a salesperson and the jeweler is on site occasionally. Theyll need to send it out for repair. Not the case here. Youll talk directly to the people that know what theyre doing.Rob and his father are perfectionists with zero pressure sales and quality service.

The professionalism and knowledge at KB is truly next level. The shop was clean and COVID friendly, Rob was pleasant and very extremely knowledgeable about everything from watches, chains, pendants, CUSTOM pieces. A genuine guy with a cozy shop, can’t recommend this place enough!

Absolutely love KB Jewelers. When I needed to get a ring downsized a few sizes I went to them straight away and it was beautifully done. It looks better than how it did when I first bought it. 10/10

We live in Boston and felt more comfortable working with a jeweler outside of the city. We stumbled upon KB Jewelers on google and are very happy. Having little knowledge about wedding bands (especially for men!) and also not really knowing what we were looking for, Rob was patient with us, showed us a wide variety of styles, he listened to what we liked and didn’t like, and it resulted in 2 happy customers with rings that we can’t wait to wear after our wedding! They were able to create the rings really quickly which was perfect for our timeline!

We were given a diamond from family and needed the band. she had looked for hours online but couldnt figure out what she wanted. All the designs, shapes etc..We went to KB Jewlers as I was recommended to them by a friend. I cannot say enough great things about my experience at KB Jewelers in Bedford. I worked with an attentive, gracious and professional father & son team to get the dream engagement ring for my sweetheart. During the course of 3 separate visits, I felt as though I was receiving exceptional service. The first visit I had about 3 weeks ago, we went over various ring options and setting styles. They spent the time to go over the various styles with me and help narrow it down to what I knew my girlfriend (at the time) wanted. They then ordered a few settings for me to look at. The following week Rob (the son) called me to let me know I could come in at my convenience to look at the settings they ordered in person. After choosing the one that best fit the selected diamond, I left a deposit and came back 5 days later to pick up the finished product in person. The finished ring with all of my selected parts came together so beautifully! I really was given a rare quality of exceptional service, a fair price and a ring I am so excited to propose with! I very much recommend them!Not that its all that important, but the location is also quite nice. Just a couple miles off 95 (I was commuting from about 20 miles away) and they had lots of parking!

As a man looking for a wedding band that your happy with, and make sure your future wife is going to love it is not a easy choice. I recently had the opportunity to discover this family run jeweler and watch repair. I have a vintage Valentino watch that was not working due to the screws being striped from previous dealers replacing the battery over the course of years. I have left my watch with several other jewelers for months at a time and none of them could repair my vintage watch. I then discovered this shop and they fixed my precious watch within two days. I am extremely pleased with the quick turnaround and the great customer service I received. I would highly recommend KB Jewelers to anyone in need of repair or looking for a piece of jewelry. They have quite the assortment with a wonderful mens selection as well as vintage items.

My fiance stumbled upon this gem when searching for my engagement ring. He worked with the father/son duo for months to make my dreams come true! They ordered multiple different diamonds and were honest about whats important in choosing the right one. They even made the band thinner, per my request of my fiance while keeping safety in mind as well. Ive been back twice personally so they can help me get it to the perfect size for my fingers. Super patient with me! I totally recommend. Will be going back soon for our wedding bands.

KB performed a repair that other jewelers would not or could not do. The work was flawless. The way that they reset the stone has it looking more beautiful than the original setting. Prices were very good. Very personable service. The jewelry designs in the store are amazing and unique.

This past summer in August, my husband and I were looking for a unique wedding band without diamonds. We needed it within a weeks time. They didn’t have any rings that I liked, so the owner KB and his son Rob were very kind to take their time to search for the perfect band for me. These guys are top notch. Hand made, custom pieces that can fit any budget. Prices that will compete with or beat any other jewer out there. What more can you ask for. I recently referred a friend here to choose an engagement ring. He had done his research and went in with a good idea of what he wanted and the maximum he was willing to pay after visiting several mall jewelers. He was so pleased to learn that he could get the quality he sought at a much lower price than he had prepared to pay. His fiancee was thrilled to show me the ring a couple of weeks ago and thanked me for referring him to KB.Last year, I brought a different friend to have her engagement ring looked at because she thought the diamond looked like it was going to fall out. She had taken it back to the big box jeweler that held her service plan several times, but they insisted it was fine. Rob put it under a magnifier and we saw that one prong was gone and two of the remaining three were worn down about halfway. The stone was about to fall out and she needed some gold added to build the prongs back up. Apparently, the service plan was insurance to replace the diamond if it fell out but did not provide for fixing the ring to retain it. For a small fee, Rob was able to add some gold and fix the prongs to protect the gem that mattered most to my friend.I had never considered it important to have a personal jeweler before I met Korey and Rob. Now I am so glad I have a place where I can have my jewelry cleaned, truly serviced, sized up and down, etc. at reasonable prices. I would not buy fine jewelry anywhere else.

KB Jewelers are the real deal! My husband and I worked with the father/son duo at KB to create our wedding bands and it was such a pleasant experience. My husband was able to buy a handmade yellow and white gold band, and have it resized and engraved at a great price! My wedding band was a custom job and the jewelers worked patiently with us to find the perfect look to match a unique engagement ring. They also reset the engagement ring (a family heirloom) to ensure that it will last for years to come. After working with them on the wedding bands it was easy to trust them with such a special ring and I am so pleased we went with them to do the job!

This jewelry store is unmatched. They customize jewelry, and, WOW, do they customize it. I have no words for how the jewelry looks at the end. Just walk in with a vision, and they will rise to the challenge. Their creations are truly, truly beautiful. I would not recommend any other place, ever, if you want a piece that will be unique, tasteful and exceptional. Recommended, for sure.

I brought a 56g herringbone chain that I had worn around my neck for over 25 years to KB Jewelers to have the clasp replaced. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed it was lighter than when I dropped it off, and thinner in thickness (not width). So much so, that I even suspected it had been switched, I was extremely upset.As I was arguing with the owner, he mentioned he had spent over an hour buffing out all the scratches, and some of them were very deep. I never asked him to buff out the scratches, I asked him to fix the clasp! It is one thing to clean it up a bit, and to make it shiny with steam. It is entirely another thing to polish/buff almost 1/2 of its weight off!I weighed the necklace when I got home, it now only weighs 33g! Now I know where the other 23g of gold are! (They were removed through grinding them off to get it to look scratch-free and brand new, which I NEVER asked for!) (As an aside, I fully believe it wasnt switched. I believe he got carried away, and never considered my point of view.)Think about it, any time you buff/polish anything, you are removing a little of the surrounding material to level off the scratches. (Deeper scratches, more gold removed!)In 6 months, the gold will no longer look freshly polished, and there will be new scratches, but I will never get back the 23g of gold that he sanded/polished/buffed off, just to make it look good for the unveiling. Even though it did look brand new when he pulled it out of the envelope, it wasnt worth it for me to lose 23g of gold in the process!!!After being in business that many years, he should have known better than to polish a necklace for OVER AN HOUR of grinding away MY gold!!! (Especially without my explicit permission!!!!)To add insult to injury, he charged me almost $300! For a clasp that was inferior to the one he quoted me, and showed me!I will be looking for another jeweler.In response to the Jeweler. NO YOU DID NOT have my permission to polish my necklace! You also replaced the clasp with one that I can not sleep in! It is clearly inferior to the one you showed me in the photo, and what I paid for! You barely stated that it was going to be cleaned. I clearly did not know you planned on polishing off layers of the gold, AND shortening the chain by cutting off the broken clasp! It is now shorter than it was, and the clasp is inferior to the clasp I had before. The old clasp was flat and I slept in the necklace for many years. Today, I can no longer sleep in the necklace because the clasp has a bump on the inferior clasp put on by this jeweler! Furthermore, I was shown a photo of the exact clasp that I had on my chain originally. That is what I believed I paid for. Instead the clasp I received is garbage. It itches my skin, it may not even be real gold or it has other compounds in it that causes my skin to itch each and every time I wear it.When I was in your shop, you told me to put it away in a jewelry box. Now that it is impossible for me to even wear it, I am sickened and heartbroken. I realize you knew this would happen that is exactly why you told me not to wear it but to keep it in a jewelry box EVEN THOUGH you KNEW I had not taken it off in decades!!!!I believe you may be a family owned jeweler, but you got carried away!! You cant even admit when you made a mistake. NO I will NEVER recommend this jeweler again, AND now I have to spend even more money to have the clasp replaced to what I originally paid for, but never got from this jeweler!!!!!

I have a black Invicta watch with 2 carats of black diamonds. My band broke on one side, I sent back to Invicta and went to several jewerly stores. No one could fix the band not even the manufacturer, but after contacting Rob and he saw the product he fixed with ease after going home for homecoming the other side broke took it to Rob and he fixed again. I would highly reccomend this company for any jewerly needs great job Rob.

I could not be happier with my experience here. Robert and Khoren were both so helpful in picking out the perfect ring and diamond. Before coming here I did my research and learned A LOT about diamonds. I felt very prepared in getting the right one. When I told these guys what I was looking for they taught me even more about diamonds and showed me multiple diamonds so that I could see the differences close up. They helped me to find what I was actually looking for, and without then I never would have found such a perfect ring and diamond. They helped make my proposal even more special because my fiance fell in love with this ring. I cannot recommend this place enough. I am so happy that I was not on my own picking out this ring.

I had an incredible experience with KB Jewelers in Bedford. I brought in an old ring of my grandmothers with a basic idea of what my girlfriend wanted it to be turned into. Both Rob and his father gave me great advice about how to take an old European cut diamond and turn it into something both modern and timeless. After my first visit, I returned a week or so later and they were able to show me the finalized setting and I was amazed at how they were able to clean a diamond that was over 70 years old and hadn’t been cleaned in decades. They quoted me an incredibly reasonable price and were able to get the ring ready for me in a very short time. Once the ring was completed I was amazed by the work they had done. The old European cut diamond had been placed on a rose gold band in a halo setting just as my girlfriend had wanted. Honestly, I don’t know a lot about jewelry but even I could tell the work they had done was incredibly special. The ring sparkled and dazzled in ways I couldn’t have dreamed of. Once I proposed to my girlfriend using the ring she was speechless by the ring being exactly what she had wanted and by how beautiful it was. She asked where I had got it made and I told her about my story with KB Jewelers. She told me she is going to recommend them to any of her friends looking for jewelry work or any friend who is soon getting engaged. The team at KB Jewelers made my now fiancée’s dreams come true and for that I will be forever grateful. The prong holding the diamond on my wifes engagement ring bent. I called up the jeweler and he suggested a time that afternoon to repair the ring. The jeweler fixed the ring in moments, cleaned it up, and would only accept a handshake for payment.
