I have been training at Get In Shape in Bedford, MA for 10 years. I can’t imagine my life without them. Brian Smith and Caitlin Sweeny have been the most supportive, caring, understanding and motivating trainers I’ve ever encountered. Every single training session is customized to the member being trained. Every session carefully planned to progress and build on itself during the week. They know when to “push”. I cannot believe how far I have come over the years. Not only surpassing my weight goals, but more importantly, I am at a fitness level I never dared imagine possible.What is most impressive however is how Brian and Caitlin have handled the Pandemic. They 1000% supported every single member. While they were closed, they taped daily workouts for us. The provided us with a way to access those and record our progress. They set up group coaching calls and were always available for individual coaching and support calls or emails. They lent out equipment so those of us doing the workouts at home could really participate.Now that we are back, I am blown away by the “Post Pandemic” Studio “ I feel completely at home and safe . Brian and Caitlin have done an outstanding job of sanitizing and re-arranging the Studio to more than comply with state guidelines. Every client has their own space, with a divider. As well as their own equipment. And their own cleaning supplies. Everything is cleaned before and after. Then again mid day and close of day. Temperatures checked when entering, everyone with their mask and a logging system for tracing. It’s unbelievable.I love it. I love the members and I love my trainers. Try it. GISFWs trainers are all very knowledgeable and effective. They have great attitudes, they design interesting sessions, and they keep track of every single client, so that they assign exercises that appropriately challenge each person. Also, the size of the groups is perfect - small enough for individual attention and large enough to nurture just the right balance of camaraderie and competition to keep us all on track!

I love starting my day with a workout at Bfit studio. Brian and Caitlin are very attentive and constantly monitor my form during exercises. I look forward to my next session. I am also learning a lot about nutrition.

B-Fit Bedford has everything. Excellent trainers, challenging workouts that change daily, lively, friendly fellow clients. Workouts are tailored to individual needs/injuries. Challenging, fun, and motivating atmosphere.

The trainers are VERY knowledgeable and encouraging. They stay focused on proper form which is essential to getting the most out of the workout and assuring safety. Great comradery within the small group sessions makes the workout fly.

I am in my 3rd year at GIS Bedford MA and this is the longest that I have stayed in any program. I am very motivated by the training staff and the nutritional guidance works. I look forward to the workouts and seeing fellow members. Very positive and friendly group. I am stronger, healthier and more self-confident (enough to take up dancing). I have lost 40 pounds which I never thought I could do!

(1) I love the group personal training model because it makes it harder for me to blow off working out.(2) The staff and trainers are excellent. Ive learned so much about proper technique to maximize my workout AND what foods are the best to eat.(3) The other members are nice, enthusiastic and laid back.(4) Its close to home.

There are so many things I like about GISFW - the camaraderie that I have with the members and with the trainers is amazing. Everyone is so supportive. I dont always act like I love it when Brian, Caitlyn and Christina push me hard - but I know that it is beneficial to my progress and I do appreciate it (and kinda love it). They also really listen to particular physical problems and always adjust accordingly. The different challenges are great and the last one - the 28 day challenge really helped me focus on healthy eating. I feel like they are really partners and are as invested with my goals as I am.

5 things I like about Bedford Inshape for woman 1. the individualized small group attention I receive during my work outs. 2. Im comfortable working out knowing I wont injure myself. 3. The friendly helpful staff ; I never feel like just a number. 4. The friendships and support ive developed with the other members. 5. Knowing I have someone knowledgeable to turn to with questions re: my health and fitness from dietary habits to physical activity.
