Paid $275 to ship a transmission through this company with a promise of 3-5 business days. It has now been delayed 4 times and we are going on 11 business days without so much as an e-mail from them. Reached out today to explain how inconvenient and costly this has been for me and I was told they are sorry but everything on track to be delivered two days from now. I will never again use them.

Excellent freight company. Great and fair pricing. They price by weight and volume, not freight classes. So there were no price games (switching class for a higher fee) and they beat the competition by $50.00. They will now bemy go to for all my shipping.

Worst run freight company - ever

Despite a shippers mangling my address, as well as adding a stranger as a second purchaser, YRC delivered my snowblower. Helpful people promptly answered the phone. I was particularly impressed by a driver who capably navigated a long reverse passage and was cheerful despite miserable, icy conditions.
