Not the friendliest people and Dr Pollivy is a Schister !!! paid off by Workers Comp.!!!!!! He put me in extreme pain to the point of tears!! Said he would see about getting me help, AND THEN, reported that I was fine!!!!!! Very sad that he abuses his practice and profession for a payday!!!!!!

I met my counselor here at his office. I didnt know places like this were around. What a great idea. The staff is amazingly friendly.
