I normally wouldnt leave a review, but contacting this company wasnt a good experience. I reached out to a recruiter here about an open contract position. We talked over the phone about the opportunity. He said he would send me the full job description and asked for an updated resume in return.Apparently, this staffing company then submitted my resume to their client before I ever saw the full job description. The job description wasnt a good fit, but they had already submitted my resume. They then started telling me how much the client wanted to talk to me.This was neither a good situation for me nor the client. Staffing companies should not be submitting candidates before the candidate sees a full job description and approves the submission.
