I love the people at Abba staffing they are amazing keep up the good work thank you

I did the application online and was told to come in for an “interview”. When I arrived the receptionist was very nice and she had me go onto the computer to do new hire documents and when I finished she said that she would let Colby know that I was ready. As I was sitting in the lobby, Colby walked into the receptionist’s work area and closed the window divider that separates the receptionist from the lobby so that I couldn’t hear her, but I still heard everything she said. As she looked at my paperwork and background information she told the receptionist “I see he has a few misdemeanors here so I’m just going to say that we’re waiting for his background check to come back.” Then she walked into the lobby and told me the exact lie that she told the receptionist she would tell me. She called me the following day to say that you have to have a clean criminal background to work for the company that I had applied for. Unbeknownst to her, I’d gone to another temp service (Jibe staffing, GREAT service, much better than these liars) right after I left Abba and was offered the same job that I’d applied for through Abba and the other temp was paying 50 cents more. When Colby called to tell me that I would need a clean background to work for the company I’d applied to I informed her that I had gone to another temp service and was starting the same job that night. Of course she had nothing to say since she was surprised that I knew she was lying. I feel that I was racially profiled by ABBA because there is no other reason for them to lie to me and turn me away from a job that I am qualified for and meet the requirements of. Don’t deal with them if you are not the right race because they obviously will not work with you. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible temp service with appalling morals.Update: In reply to your response, you have no record of me because I didn’t use my name to post this. I also never asked to discuss the matter whether it be public or private nor did I want or need a response, I was simply leaving an informative review about my experience with you guys so that others will know how your company conducts business. There would be no point to discuss anything as I have already witnessed where your company stands on this.

They very unprofessional and rude, not cooperative and not willing work with their employees. Accidentally fell asleep on break at the airportort cause of very tough times in life, never had a write up since day one for work DFS at DFW through Abba. Try to explain To abba just bye n have a nice day.

The receptionist is rude

I didn’t want to rate this company at all especially not in a bad way, but I’m experiencing most of the same thing I’m reading, I have nothing on my background, it’s clean as a whistle, Colby refuses to return calls, I keep getting sent to her voicemail and I want to speak to another recruiter, I need to start work, people are going through a lot now and need jobs because of Covid, i really need to talk to the owner or someone over her because what I see is that this is a ongoing thing with her

I called Abba Staffing to inquire about a job posting for DFW Airport. I was given an initial phone interview. Then I was asked to come in to the Bedford office for an interview. Shannon stated that she had an interview there now that I could come in later that day or the next morning which was a Friday. I arrived at 9:00am, the receptionist asked for my ID, she took my ID back to Shannon then returned saying that I was supposed to have come in the day before. Not true. My phone was on speaker phone when I spoke with her, so other family members also heard her say tomorrow morning. I feel that I was racially profiled by ABBA Staffing and I would not recommend this place.

Best staffing agency ever. I had an interview setup but I ended up in the hospital. Kelsey was able to move the interview to a date and to me after I’d be out of the hospital. They take care of you. If you want the #1 place for a career setup you found it.Thank you Abba Staffing!

What a great place to work. I have been associated with this company for over 4 years. Shannon Rothschild was my recruiter. Having been placed on several assignments, I have always been paid promptly. Everyone there is professional and they care about their employees. I have been fortunate to not only work for Abba Staffing on assignment, but I also work in the Bedford Office as an Administrative Assistant to the Accounting Manager. . The owners treat the employees great; professionally and personally. They listen to the needs of the employees and react in a timely manner.

Horrible and rude management from ABBA Staffing. I use to work for the company at the airport and I had to pay to work there even with a toll tag. I was paying between 24 dollars to 30 dollars a day. And they would not reimburse my money while working there. David told me to figure it out myself.Update: seems the owner dont know the employees and dont care to solve the issue. Alot of people quit because they went through the same thing. I guess its false information that David is the manager at the DFW airport for them.

I did all my paperwork to get back to DFW. Yet one of your workers SWORE that I did not send my two forms of ID and a copy of my voided check. Then she got sarcastic. Every time I dealt with this person she gave me the run around. I wasted Forty dollars riding a Lyft to get to Bedford round trip. This woman says one thing but mean another. She really didnt want to help me get a job. Pathetic.

Worst place ever... they called me in... told me to go to an interview... 10 min BEFORE the interview the manager calls me and blames everything on their client. Saying they canceled and they don’t know why- he will call me next week. So I ask him because I need a job if there was anymore openings from other clients and he tells me NO and hangs up. He never called me- called me back... ignored my emails ... Ok... let’s be professional and not blame it on the client in that manner even if it is their reasoning, and being a manager of a staffing agency you’d think he would want to help and place me in something more suitable- or just tell me the TRUTH. His office smelt like pee and his new employee Ryan knew more than he did. (I think) If I owned a business I wouldn’t hire them. There were two people in the office with me who were super “ghetto/ gangster” just sayinf bad way of doing business and poor sense of judgement

Nothing but great personnel since I met Nathan Irby and his fellow coworkers. They have been great in working with me to get all my pre-employment steps taken care of and are very quick in calling you back if you leave them a voicemail.

This place was the worse place I work for!!! the Staff was very rude Rothschild harass me about signing my edoc when I told her that the account was locked and i couldnt get into my account she told me that there was nothing wrong with the account I send her a pic of the account being locked she also told me that she will be holding my pay so right there I decided that this job wasnt for me I email her and told her that I would be turning in my badge and parking permit I want down to the office in Bedford Texas did my part turn in everything I had to and she still decided to hold my pay back then she had Jennifer who does payroll call me up who was very nasty to me she said what she had to say and when it was my turn to talk she told me I had nothing to say cause i no longer work for abb which was very unprofessional!!! Again this place was the worse of the worse place to work 4 the problem starts in the office!! I try to repost to your reply but it won’t let me post so I think u are confuse cause I never called any office your Employees call me and was rude so I just defend myself but I get it people will say anything to cover there selfs up so all I can do is laugh at u guys!! Based on the reviews, I continued my job search through Abba. I spoke with Nathan B. Irby and he assured me that the position I was interested in was still available. I scheduled an appointment on the same day for an interview with Mr. Irby, drove 45 mins to Bedford. Upon arrival I sit down to begin the interview and he states that the position is no longer available. He didnt explain why or what happened. He just proceeded to make copies of my dl. And my s.s. And have me take a written test. Needlessto say, until this day I have not heard from him or any of their associates regarding any employment opportunities. I have found employment elsewhere on my own and will never go back to this place. They did nothing to earn my five stars, and dont care to even give them 1☆, but I have to put one to leave a review.
