My wife and I bought our dream house on July 4th weekend and on September 1st, the heavy rains cause a roof leak. Flooded our sunroom. Insurance sent Blackmon Mooring out to start mitigation. I was expecting white glove service but they drug their feet and after ten days of not fans or dehumidifiers, I fired them and happened to call ServPRO. I have been in management for over twenty years and José and Carlos exceeded my expectations. They got to work right away and even cleaned up the mess Blackmon Mooring left. These men worked nonstop at removing all the damaged flooring, walls and ceilings. They were very communicative and punctual. I cannot recommend them enough. The work was clean, precise and they treated the situation better than we expected. Very professional and very comfortable with their work. Thank you José and Carlos, you have made a very stressful situation much easier on us. We will call you again when needed for sure.

Sean Killingsworth was so very helpful in a very stressful time. Hurricane Ida dropped 3 pine trees on my house. Sean and his team, Jeff and Jake, drove down my street the day after the storm from Dallas. It was a miracle they showed up. They came right in and did there readings and were very kind. Sean was at my house for several days and was very calm and understanding. You need people like that in a very emotional time. Thank you Sean and Dallas Servpro!

I came home from a two week vacation and found a note that my neighbor had written taped to my door. His letter said that water had been running from my house and that he turned off my water.When I entered my house I saw that my linoleum flooring was curling. I immediately called my insurance company, filed a claim, and asked what I should do next. The agent recommended that I call ServePro and gave me their number.I called them and the girl told me that they would find an available technician, and let know how soon they could arrive. About ten minutes later I had an appointment within the hour with a guy named Aaron. He came and did a moisture inspection and provided a scope of required work... And he spoke to the Insurance person for approvals by explaining all known damages. Then they gave him the approvals to begin mitigation services.I am really impressed with how quickly Servpro came out and how Aaron assured me of how they would proceed with getting the damages repaired.

I have never had to deal with this type of issue but woke up to water coming out of the walls. Had to call insurance who in turn had me call Servpro. Our master bathroom flooded into the adjacent closet after a sewer backup, and within a few hours of submitting my information online, Jeff was on his way to assess the damage. He did a great job of explaining what needed to be done to remove all of the moisture from the area and had fans and a dehumidifier set up within a short period of time. We had a punctured water line flood on our new floors at 11pm. We called Servpro and Mike showed up in less than an hour to start fans & dehumidifiers. We had water damage and mold growth in our bathroom.  The guys who came out were very informative, professional and helpful.  They contained the area, removed the water damaged part of the bathroom, and got rid of the mold. Would definitely recommend!

The work performed was A-1, top notch! The team got in, performed work promised, and got out. So the workers, testing Covid negative, could come back to work! There was a little miscommunication. The owners contacted us and resolved it quickly and to our satisfaction. I always try and do business with locally owned/operated businesses. This is one to use!!

Claudio Ropain referred the company to us and we called to get fixed a water damage. They were available on December 31st when most of the companies are not available, so that was a plus👍They sent Jeff, who was very responsive and helpful. Within 4 days the issue was fixed. I would recommend this company if you need to get your water damage done.

Ive had the best experience with SERVPRO. Our house flooded and my homeowners insurance company suggested them to come out and remove all the moisture in the walls and im amazed at how quick they called to set up an appointment, how punctual they are and just how friendly all of the guys are that have came out. Love this company and everyone we interacted with during our restoration of a small fire in the master br. Mattress caught on fire and went up like a torch. Fortunately we extinguished it our selves using trashcan filled with water. Destroyed bed, linens, carpet, bookcase, contents. Great communication, sniper follow-through, and quality cleaning, pack up and load the POD. Reconstruction was restored to better than original. Team members James, Sean, Robert, Dominic, Dustin and especially the hero assigned to our project - Diana always genuinely.

We had a crew working for 5+ days and we cannot speak more highly of them. James was our Production Manager, he was exceptional – helpful, courteous, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and fully transparent throughout the entire process. James together with his team of: Scotty, Jeremy and Zach moved furniture and contents as well as removing 2,000 square feet of hardwood flooring, subfloor and baseboards.
