Vivian was the most helpful person I’ve encountered while trying to get assistance with loans. I’ve been to many places that have both approved and denied me. However, Vivian made the experience so much easier, transparent, she also gave great advice, and not to mention how personable she was in general. She didn’t just look at me as a person walking in for a loan, she listened, was sympathetic, and was absolutely wonderful. I wish the world had more people like her as the wholesome person she is. I can see how she is probably the same in every day life aside from her job and appreciate her as a person beyond my needs of just walking into the store.
