Sent out a man with a portable unit to wet our carpets down, left the front door propped open and before even starting to work, he went back outside to talk on his phone . There was absolutely no reason to prop the door open in 85 degree weather with a portable unit that doesnt need hoses ran from a real truck. Carpets not clean at all so after he left I went over a few areas with our Bissell and was able to get the stains out. Didnt have change for $100 so gave us back $20 for a $59.95 service. Tech used bathroom twice in a 20 minute period, splashed water all over the place and couldnt stop sniffling when he came out. Then used the other sink to fill up his container with hot water and bent the faucet up to fill it!! Upon leaving he dumped the dirty water at the end of the driveway. I called Pro Clean today who denied sending this man to our house. After speaking to Joe the person they sent out, it was confirmed he was at our house and does work on the side for Pro Clean. Receptionist says they dont go to Painesville then said well we do but we didnt come there yesterday ( this was after I complained so of course they didnt) Since this one star isnt good enough I also logged a complaint with the BBB. Save your money and choose a real company who doesnt give their extra work to a guy that drives a small economy hatchback with a carpet cleaner worse than my $200 old Bissell! BTW, carpets are upstairs in bedrooms not in a high traffic living room or hallway so theres no reason I was able to do a better job.

When I was trying to decide on a company, both people I talked to were kind, and patient, and gladly answered all my questions. On the day of my cleaning, the technicians were on time and they did an excellent job cleaning and stretching my carpet.I would highly recommend Pro-Clean.
