There was a recall for a Buick that I purchased through Jay Auto Group. I worked with Jim B. to get the work scheduled and everything went very smoothly and at no cost to me. This group was very easy to work with.
My visit with Jay Buick GMC in the Bedford Ohio area of Cleveland Ohio was a surprise. After I brought my car in for an inspection. I was sent an email link to view how and what was inspected which was showing proof on how they took care of my car. I love it, and which they would always send links after any and all repairs and inspection, which gives the customer a GREAT feeling of trust and safety.
Service Dept Sucks always some issue when I go there to get an oil change.Will not be going back there again for an oil change.Didnt rotate my tires like they was suppose too.Prices change constantly.Car wash is always down.Im Done with them when it comes to service. Not to mention a part was missing on my truck which they promised they would replace.Been a year now and Im still waiting on that.And this is where I purchased my truck.You would think Id get better service because of this.Makes no sense!!

I had tire problem. It was losing pressure which meant there was something imbedded in the tire causing it to lose the required PSA. The team could not find the cause. But they didnt give up. They searched until they finally found a small finishing nail deep in the tread. I commend their effort.
I love watching the video sent to my email of the service associate checking the thread of the tires. The associate was very polite that checked me in and out. Was there only about an hour.

I purchased my vehicle on 1/30/21. I was not given a spare key when I purchased it even though it was brand new. I was told they had to locate it and it would be mailed to me. The week of 2/17 or 2/18 I reached out again for an update on when I could expect the key. I was told they thought they located and it should hopefully arrive to them on 2/22. I was told they hadn’t been in touch bc they were determining if they could locate it or if they were going to have to make a brand new key. 2/27 I still had not received an update. I reached out to the salesman (no response). I reached out to the manager Matt whom placed me on hold so he could speaks to the sales person. Then after hearing a noise the call was ended and I was unable to get back through to Matt. Nor have I heard a response back since being disconnected. I will say that I enjoyed the purchasing process but feel that after they sold the vehicle it has not been their concern to make sure everything was handled and followed up on. I was not kept informed about anything unless I made the effort to call and see what was going on.
The representative researched my warranty’s and found a special warranty that I had that allowed me the repair of my car without a great expense to myself .

What a great buying experience for an out of state customer that found our deal on Autotrader! I found a 2018 Yukon XL on Autotrader and from the first point of contact from the staff was treated as if i was sitting in their showroom! Every single question I asked was answered and follow up was that of nothing less than top notch service. After 2 days of gathering all the info i needed to make a decision myself and family packed up for the weekend and drove the 5hours to the dealership to trade our Durango and take home our Yukon. The service at the store replicated that of the online experiece and was fast, friendly and no pressure at all! When i am tired of the Yukon i will be back for my next purchase at JAY Buick GMC

But there was a gentleman today here at the counter, he called me maam, held my door for me, let me walk ahead of him, and showed me exactly where to put the car that I was Towing in. I took the cat in at 8am and waited all day for a call about the brakes.. they did a full brake job the next day.. They didnt call me when my car was done. I had to call them and by then the place was closing.Also, i was told that the costly diagnostic only test for one thing on the car. Why not run a full diagnostic for that cost and tell me every problem with the car which is what I expected.
Everything went very smoothly and quickly. Everyone was very nice!

Nice but went there twice to see what was wrong with my 2013 Chevy Captiva because it jerks they told me it was the fuel pump paid $800 truck still jerked went back to see they tell me it’s the exhaust manifold paid another $800 and my car still jerks highly upset I go to professionals because I want to know what the issue is and keep telling me it’s this and that and the issue still is occurring .
Dave Richmond was exceptional as usual. He is always very friendly and professional when I bring my car in for service. Lenny did a great job diagnosing an issue that was fixed under GM warranty. This would have cost me approx. $1,500 out of pocket but Lenny caught the issue while I still had 11K miles remaining on my 100K warranty. I was given a nice loaner to use while my car was being repaired. Hats off to Dave & Lenny. See you again in a couple of months.

Do not buy from them! I purchased from them (in 2018) and it is one of the biggest mistakes Ive ever made. They do not listen to the customer wants and needs - it took nearly 10 hours for the sales rep. to understand what I needed. Fast forward to 2020, I am still receiving mailings and marketing communications from the dealership (not the BUICK company itself) after I have spoken to multiple managers and requested to be removed from all communications. I have no issue with my Buick suv, I have a problem with Jay Buick (Rockside Road): their customer service, sales method, and marketing materials.

My son & I came to this dealership for them to make repairs on my suspension and my check I engine light. Normally when any dealer finds additional issues, theyll make me aware of them. However, this particular experience was extremely different. Lord knows I miss John the service manager........ I wasnt made aware day of that my vehicle would be kept over night. However inconvenient I called a good friend to give me a ride to drop my son off at football practice. The next day, I go to pick my vehicle up at closing time. I paid a higher dollar amount than what was originally quoted. Then I go to start my vehicle and my running boards (which are automatic) are making really weird noises. They were definitely not making that noise when we dropped it off. I addressed everything with the manager at the moment. He responded by having a tech come look at the vehicle and it was confirmed that the motor was damaged just from a visual and as auditory test. The manager then made arrangements for a rental car(this time) and made a reference to the level of experience being mediocre with the service technicians. They sent me home in the rental and said well call you tomorrow when the vehicle is ready. The next day the GM of the dealership says theyre not making the repairs to my vehicle. I was appalled then he says well check security cameras! Im like for what......long story short Im contacting the Attorney General. You cant break a vehicle and then not make things right!
Jay Buick had the car for 4 weeks and when I went it up and got home the problem was still there. The car is back at Jay Buick and we will what happens.

Went here because gouges on my 2007 GMC Acadia dash were moving uncontrollable while I was driving. They charged me $135 for a diagnostic and told me I needed my injectors cleaned. I dont disagree with my injectors needing cleaned, but I dont understand how that has anything to do with my dash. They also said I needed a tune-up, and total for all of that would be $971.I asked would that fix the problem and the manager told me that they would start there but couldnt gaurantee to actually find the problem. I let them clean the injectors and was charged a total of $342 including the diagnoses fee. They wanted $569 for a tuneup, I took it to a local trusted mechanic in my community and was charged $264 for a tuneup, air filter, and oil change.Went driving yesterday and it gouges went crazy again. Called the dealership once more and was promised a call back, but havent called yet. Ill go elsewhere. Dealers charge alot and arent even guaranteed to fix your problem. Very discouraging.

Found a truck I liked. No problem. Great credit, check. Positive equity on a trade in, check. Test drive, check. Now, heres where things go sideways...I told salesman I wanted to test drive a similarly equipped Chevy at a different dealer to compare the ride difference but told him I was leaning towards GMC. (Comparing Canyon Denali to Colorado ZR2 which really didnt seem too unreasonable) That was before they told me what I could expect on my trade in. Big mistake. After 40 minutes of figuring out what my trade was worth my salesman said his boss WOULDNT give me a trade in price because he didnt want me to shop the price at a different dealer(actual quote) Seriously? So...I CANT price compare? They then asked which Chevy dealer I was going too. Have to wonder if that would have been followed up with a call to THAT dealer. Hmm, maybe a little price fixing? Well, went to Serpentini not Ganley like I told them and bought the $46,000 ZR2. Jay lost a nice easy sale due to some lazy, shady and shortsighted business practices. Will never go back and will actively advise others to stay away. UPDATE...it took 6 months to investigate? Update #2...looks like Jay took back their half hearted attempt at pacifying me. I still stand by my review. Ive been going to Serpentini for 3 years and couldnt be happier!
