No issues in renting...Im finally settled in Orlando Florida period from September to December 31st 2018 unfortunately and I was in a situation that I needed to rent a car...Kevin, Chad, the Ladies at the Desk were great. Chris had no problems running my card or my Husbands debit card at times even before the payment was due. I sure hate that the program ended and jobs were lost. I was rushing to get to the airport when I dropped the car off but I wished I had time to have spoken with someone than the financing department because we had the top of the line Nissan Sentra Turbo... As much as we invested in that car we should have financed it.... I wish all of them well and hope they found employment... Now off to my new life in Orlando 🤗

Never use RentACar of Texas they will rip you off and the manager at Grubbs wont call you back even after you leave 2 messages with a rep and they charge you for the rental after you prepaid and the reservation got cancelled without giving you a reason. Both companies should be out of business treating ex-military members in such an unprofessional manner. Do yourself a favor Im still disputing the charges with my bank USAA!
