Came here a while ago and just so happen to come across this business again. I came for a in and out which wasn’t bad. But what I did notice later that day that my galaxy s8 plus was missing!!! I kept that phone in my car just incase anything happened to my active phone and after searching my house and car I realized they had to steal it!! Just a FYI .... take everything out that is valuable! Luckily I can afford the small lost!! 😡

I took my car up there for a full detail inside and out for 95 bucks and when I got there it ooked clean til I got inside I was suppose to get a shampoo seats and carpet detailed inside and out but my windows was dirty my seats was dirty and and poor service from one of the workers I could have done a better job myself but I wanted too support the business so I gave it a try especially since I cant move as well anymore I wish I could get my money back I guess its my loss

When I initially called @freshstartautosalon which is located on Rockside I was quoted 130$ (the price of a truck according to his flyer) to DETAIL my car and told that I could get in back in 6 hours by the owner Curt... when I pulled up at noon I was then told that it would be 150$ because I had a hatch... aka storage but don’t all cars come with a storage area that should be cleaned during a detail? Upon inspection of my car Curt told me if I wanted the roof done that would be an extra 50$... now granted my car was filthy so I agreed to pay 200$ because I thought I would get optimum results... so I paid upfront and left. Around 5:30 I called to check the progress of my car and was told he hadn’t been able to get 1 door open for the past 2 hours( but failed to call and tell me this) so basically my car was not being cleaned. I ubered to the shop opened the door and asked for a new time he said 8pm (AT NIGHT) around 8 oclock I called @freshstartautosalon several times received no answer and ubered back to his shop where my car was still not ready yet @freshstartautosalon found time to post pictures to his Instagram profile. I was then given a ride by his “secretary” Home around 9pm I received a text from the secretary that my car was ready. I waited on the porch in anticipation of my car only for her to pull up in her car to take me back to my car! By now I’m beyond pissed and trying to inspect my car in the dark with cold soaking wet seats.... needless to say I pulled off. The next day my seats were still soaking wet and didn’t dry until after 1pm . I inspected my car during daylight and found that all the “ details” were missed. I contacted Curt @freshstartautosalon and was told that he would “go over” my car again if it made me happy . I asked when he was available and he said early mornings just call him... well needless to say I have been calling him at least twice a week since he cleaned my car and no calls have been answered or returned. When I pulled my car off his lot that night after 9 pm at night his parting words were “ Gove me a shoutout on instagram “ well Mr @freshstartautosalon here’s your shoutout #dobetter

Unprofessional group of minoritys. The owner gave me a price and the assistant gave a different price, the assistant was busy on her cell phone like I was disturbing her. No uniforms to identify who is who. (Who cant afford a few t-shirts)The owner said he was the owner. No dash dressing applied inside my car. I have leather seats and the windows were smeared. Totally disappointed I wont be a returning customer.

Dropped my car off at 2pm and it wasnt done until 6 pm when I dropped my car off no other customers were there and I was the last car completed.

Poor customer service.
