Greg Rehm and his company is by far the most friendly, professional remodeling company I have worked with. From meetings with Greg and his company members prior to the project, a master plan is drawn up, budget set, and timeline drawn up prior to the project. He always keeps to his timeline, truly amazing. They offer as much input as you would like regarding ideas for the remodel as well as color choices. Most ideas I would have never thought about! This is true with the new construction as well.We have had him remodel most of our house and love each area he has completed.We would only hire Liberty Hill construction for our remodel and future projects.

Greg and his team built us a fantastic deck that extends from our 2nd floor porch off the dining room down to an above ground pool. We were replacing an old deck that extended from the porch, then had two staircases that extended to the pool deck. We worked with Gregs design team to come up with a design that allowed us to have one staircase designed to extend from an upper platform parallel to the upper deck down to the lower deck. Truly unique and taking up lead room on the main deck while providing storage for towels at the same time.

Our experience could not have been better. The folks at Liberty Hill were totally with us from the beginning, and the end results were stunning. And they have stayed with us even after the project has ended for anything unexpected that has come up. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Great people to work with. Communication was always excellent and all issues were addressed promptly. The use of the buildertrend construction app was an excellent way to view all details of the ongoing project including material choices, calendar of work to be completed, all timelines, billing and payments, and all contacts. Weekly meetings with the project manager were very beneficialWe are very satisfied with the quality of work. All work was completed within the timelines outlined. We had the flexibility to add or change items as needed.

LHC has done two projects for us. A completely finished basement which is now the hub for all things kids/family. We included a bathroom which was one of the best investments ever. There were some creative solutions put in place and it is just an awesome room that expanded our living space and storage tremendously. The other was our master bath I would live in this room if I could. LHC took my rough sketch, turned around a professional rendition that we loved and I now have the bathroom I always wanted. Get the radiant heat in the floor if you are doing a bathroom. Its luxurious and wonderful! From start to finish the service was spot on and the quality uncompromising. The subs were pros and the LHC team kept the project on schedule and was readily available throughout the process. Greg, Mark, Mike and Joanne are a dream team. The process was well-planned, no surprises, great communications, clear expectations and just great work. We are thrilled with both projects and highly recommend LHC. We genuinely love the end results and would use them again in a heartbeat.
