This review is long overdue, so sorry. Any time I have done business with Big O, I have received great service and at fair prices. My last visit was way over and beyond good service. Thank you! Would highly recommend them.

My little brother went in to get his battery replaced, but it’s a dodge so they have to go through the tire. They couldn’t get the tire off and didn’t have the equipment to do it (ironic) and then when they went to back his car out, a worker broke his gear shift. They made him sit and wait for a very long time with 0 information. He asked what was taking so long because all they had to do was screw a few lug nuts back on. They finally told him what happened, then told him how much it’s going to cost him. Not only could they not even remove his tire, they broke something and refused to fix it for free. I called every car shop in Bedford today and explained the situation, they said no matter why it broke, if it broke in their care, they’d replace it. The manager was extremely rude and basically told me it wasn’t his issue. Couldn’t recommend less. I do NOT leave reviews and I don’t go into places and ask for free stuff, but this was truly the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with.

The staff checked my power steering, it was fine. I was not charged for the diagnosis. Polite men work here.

Wow.! Im from North Carolina, stopped at Big os here in Bedford, Indiana for oil change and tires to be checked out and have the spare fixed.they went overboard with general maintenance, fixed the spare, rotated tires,etc ! When the manager realized Ive been waiting for 2 hours, he got the t handed me the Bill and said no charge!

My daughters Ridge-line was worked on from Big O Tire in Carmel, IN. and they was supposed to align front end and fix TMPS tire valves. However all they did was charge money and screwed things up so bad that I could not believe the hack job!! I was able to get vehicle and take to Big O Tire in Bedford and they corrected/Fixed everything. These guys were good and you could easily tell they actually cared about not just the Customer but their profession. There service managers were great to work with and their mechanics knew exactly what they were doing. Big O Tire Bedford, IN. Excellent!

Over priced parts compare your bill with your local auto part store and just look at the difference! Not to mention the alignment they supposedly performed caused both the new front tires of my girlfriends car to blow out within 5 months of purchase!!! Not suggested

Great employees who were very knowledgeable about the tires and helpful with getting me set up with the credit cards that they offer. My car had all 4 tires replaced in less than an hour. My only complaint is that they don’t have Wi-Fi, which is an inconvenience for customer who may be in college or have a job and have work they need to work on. Other than that, I will definitely use this place to buy tires from now on.

The three gentlemen there working were very friendly and helpful. They kept me posted on what they were doing and how long it would take. I was in and out very quickly. I also appreciate how the counter man went out to my car and covered seats, steering wheel and floor board with protection in order to not get it dirty. Thanks guys!

Took my 2016 Ram 2500 for an oil change and tire rotation. Picked it up with the tire low light flashing. Had 50lbs in back tires and 85 in front. You would think a tire place would be smart enough to figure out to set air pressure after a tire rotation. This truck takes 80 in back and 60 in front. To make things even worse they only put 5qts of oil in a truck that holds 7. 2qts low on oil! When I called to complain the completely incompetent manager hung up on me. I will never go back to this worthless place. 57 dollars paid to screw up my truck! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOORIBLE PLACE FOR ANYTHING!

My family and I are Always so very impressed with the quality of work, the great prices and friendliness and teamwork of the Big O Tires employees at the Bedford location! They definitely go above and beyond to make sure you feel important! For all out there that does not know Tony, the Owner, I have know him for many years ( we went to school together). He is truly a great guy. He is full of integrity and is grateful to be the owner of Big O. He wont do you wrong!!

I got a good deal on a set of new tires for my sons car & even though they were busy, it was done quickly. The counter lady was very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly as well. Ive never had a negative experience at this location.

Purchased 4 new Big O legacy tires. Tony and Chelsy helped me through the process and even worked to meet competitors price with a better rated tire. They are always very helpful when new tires or repairs are needed.

My sister had to go here to change all her tires and they were very quick with getting it finished. They gave her a time frame and were done exactly around the time frame. They even got rid of her old tires for free because there was a mistake in communication as to what to do with them.

Went in here due to a leaking tire, I was impressed they had socially distanced seating all around the store. Their staff were super friendly and had the metal out of my tire in no time.

I never have to wait long to get an appointment. If I just stop by without an appointment they will work me in that day. I trust them to not talk me into unnecessary repairs like some places will do. Overall I am really happy with their service.

Only complaint and slight disappointment I had was that no one let me know about the rebate available on the set of 4 tires I purchased, although they did make sure to offer me that extended warranty!! Thankful I shopped online prior to going to the store and knew about the reward which influenced my purchase of the specific set of tires I would not have gotten to take advantage of the reward that was being offered. Staff should be encouraged to help their customers save some money especially with the kind of money I put out for tires and repair! After this happened it makes it appear at least to me that they are more interested in making the most money possible then truly helping their customers.

I loved that they did what they said they would do and didnt tell me I need an additional $200 worth of services I didnt need. They charged me for what I had done and did add an additional $25-30 worth of needless charges. Great! Not sure that has ever happened before, ever!

People at big o tires are friendly I was pricking winter tires. They gave me printed choices and didnt pressure for me to buy.they told me that they would have to.order them and told me when they would arrive.

Told me honestly what I wanted would not work due to condition of rim but gave me a affordable solution that worked great. Not a car tire but a small trailer tire. Fast and efficient. Thanks guys!!!

30 minutes to have a tire plugged. I did make an appointment online before going in. Tire is still holding air and $17 for a plug isnt to bad at all.

Great service. Ive purchased my tires here for decades. If I ever have a problem, they take care of it. No problem. If you need air, just drive up. A tech comes out checks all for tires, done.

I had a wonderful Customer experience at Big O in Bedford I had a flat tire on Saturday afternoon I had a gentleman put my donut on and I called around Monday to get a tire everyone said they would have to order one I needed the tire Monday and I talked to the manager at Big O Tony I told him my situation and he said he was off Monday he was there for a meeting but he said he would drive to Bloomington for me to get that tire I needed and would have it at the shop by the time I got off work. And it was there when I got off and they had me back on the road. Such wonderful customer service❤️

I wont go anywhere else for tires, brakes, oil changes, etc. They go above and beyond for my family EVERY TIME. Honest and fair pricing. Theres many times they could have told me I needed brakes or ---- (fill in blank) but have been honest and trustworthy. I deal with tristan(?)a lot here and he is the best !!!!

Great service that is quick and friendly. The have always been completely honest and never tried to sell us brakes or tires when we did not need them. The rebalance and rotate our tires for free when needed. They have even adjusted our back brakes instead of trying to sell new ones. Great service!

Will never take my vehicles here again! They installed new tires on my jeep and a few days later the front wheel feel off. They would not accept responsibility.

Was at Big O Tires in Bedford, IN this past Wednesday. Gentlemen at counter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had both rear tires of my vehicle leaking air and had to air them up every two days. Big O found a nail in each of them which they repaired they also broke the tires down and wire brushed around the rims of both. Then installed back onto vehicle. The repairs was fast and efficient. Highly recommend Big O Tires.

Not happy with this place,got a new set of tires, alignment,brakes and an oil change. Went to check my oil level today before traveling,and they didnt change it at all. We will see how they handle it Monday.

Dont ever go to this joke of a store. I had a tire that was losing pressure, I took it in and the guy was gone maybe 5 minutes and came back and told me the tire was dry rotted and it was leaking through it and he couldnt do anything and that I would need a new tire. The set of tires was only 2 years old. So I took it to TIEMAN TIRE(highly recommend) and they told me there was a nail in it and they didnt even charge me anything to fix it.

Every time I go in for an oil change and tire rotation, theres something else wrong. Ive marked my tires beforehand and had to go back in because there werent rotated. I started doing that after only needing to replace the passenger side rear tire for excessive wear. I let them change my front breaks last summer and my drivers side caliper seized right after leaving the store. The manager told me it happens all the time. Then smiled as he handed me the estimate to replace the caliper and section of break line. Insisting it was common and not an error made by the mechanic. Now that my tires are not under warranty there, Ill never go back and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Nicest people you could deal with. Having problem with my truck. Steve said they couldnt do that type of repair, but took the time to look up likely problems, and went over them with me. With his advise I was able to drive my truck home, which was sixty five miles away. I cant thank you guys enough!!!

Just a tire shop.

We had traveled a good distance and wanted the tires check and aired up and rotated if needed and the oil changed.Got the oil change but No tires were rotated or checked. I found a broken belt- worn spot on the front Right tire... we were fortunate because of the way the tire was sittting I could see it.The tires were NOT ROTATED even though they said they were. They would have seen the worn area on the one tire and We had one odd tire that we knew was on the front left exactly where it remained.The manager - owner did not apologize and backed up his staff even though we told him it was obvious that the tires had not been checked or rotated.We bought a new tire and thought we had been taken care of but later that day we checked the air in the tires ourselves and they were all low except one that was high . They had not even checked the air in the tires!!!!!Poor Poor quality. No support by owner in regards to recognizing the fault in regards to the tech. Will not use them again.

Quick tire repair even though they were busy.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. They helped me figure out what all the horrible noises were and set me up with an appointment to get the services, that they dont do on Saturdays, scheduled for the next opened business day.

They are always more than willing to help and work with any issues you might have. I truly believe they have the customer in their best interest.

My boyfriend is furious that they charge $10 a minute for labor.They told me it was $90 a tire and the invoice said $54 a tire and $158 labor.15 minutes of service comes out to $11 a minute.No wonder the guy that quoted me that price wouldn’t look at me and walked away whenever I went up to the counter.

It was ok i asked a worker to put one of my back tires back in my truck because i was going to get a rim for it so i would have a spare because i dont have one well that didnt happen and i was also suspost to got a free front in alignment because of the company i went thru they said if it didnt pass I wouldnt be able to get the new tires well that didnt happen either I went thru growbys
