I had to drive here because Fed Ex was incapable of delivering the package Wed (as scheduled), or Thursday (as rescheduled) and they incorrectly told me only I could sign for the package (total lie) so I drove 45 minutes each way to do what they got paid to do but couldnt.Terrible service.Unfriendly staff at the center.I will encourage shipments with other shipping companies in the future.

This is the main hub of FedEx for the eastern suburbs. One of the main complaints about this FedEx is it’s “so far” in the back it’s hard to see. You can see it from Aurora Rd., Majestic Parkway is one street west of Bedford St - past King’s Gym. A picture is included with a view from Aurora Rd.The FedEx representatives that interact with customers at the front desk are Amazing! I always keep in mind how busy they must be, but despite how much action going on here they always have a smile on their face. One pro tip about “Signature Required” deliveries; if you miss your delivery in the suburbs east of Cleveland, it will likely end up here and requesting a hold you could pick it up from this hub that night after 5pm.

I absolutely love them. I ran into one of the drivers at the Speedway Service Station service station on Aurora Rd. I wanted their help because of a voicemail and text I received from FedEx then he says I can get a more direct definitive answer if I go to the office on Majestic Rd which I never knew there was an office that close and I work and live right around the corner. The lady at the counter did her thing she deserves a RAISE, OMG she helped me understand the information I received via text and voicemail then she called me the next morning letting me know my package had arrived. The clerk which Im so embarrassed to say I dont even know her name did a phenomenal job. She is a poster customer service representative as she understands the needs of her community and customers and I thank you FedEx for her. She opened April 8th and 9th, 2021 I thank you thank you thank you thank you ❣️

Poor service. I deal regularly with FedEx ship centers throughout my area. This one has the worst service I have encountered. I arrived to pick up a package that was held here. The tracking number said it was scanned for delivery and scanned for hold an hour before I arrived, however the front desk agent was adamant that holds have not arrived yet. She didnt bother to confirm that fact or check my tracking number. Im sorry that I expect you to do your job when you are at work.

While visiting Ohio, I needed printing and shipping service, based on FedEx services in the past, I did an engine search and when I contacted what appeared to be the nearest branch... After arriving, this location did not have printing services, a provision that I have become accustomed to in my travels. Prior, I telephoned the number listed, which was directed to FedEx Customer Service, who were not familiar with the location. It would be more effective to speak directly with the actual facility staff :/

Very bad service from the drivers to the service desk worker. No customer service skills, the delivery driver never even attempted to knock or ring my buzzer. Went to my back door where the public has no access and just left a note instead of just going around front and buzzing said I was not home when Im fact I was. So I decided to pick up package tried to complain to the service desk worker when I picked up and he just made excuses and almost tried to insult me when I said Im a delivery driver for Amazon saying Amazon just got started and FedEx is the biggest in the business, they dont know about delivering over 200 packages in a day I was very upset by that statement. Hate sometimes I have no choice in using FedEx because I wouldnt use them again if I did.

Purchase 2nd day Air express. Arrived on Wednesday the 1/6 at Bedford express location. Two days latter on the 8th after I called 5 time wants to know when should my Package be delivered to my home . With no Luck. I ended to drive 25 min to Bedford express office. To pick up my package. Very unpleasant experience.Customer service are terrible. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Very mean. Driver skipped delivery at 9 this morning, FedEx refused to redeliver before Monday. Told me to go to this ship center after 5 if I want to pick up. Im here after 5 and they said it could be up to two more hours before the package reaches the ship center. Nobody seems overly concerned about it.

Service is not bad, but since there is usually no one at the counter. You could be standing around for anywhere from 5 min to upwards of 20 min. Also one particular associate can occasionally have an attitude, so hope you dont run into that one or they arent having an off day.

Extremely dissapointed. I had a package to be delivered to my house and because of the price, it needed a signature. #1.the drivers don’t have a phone, and they don’t call you if there’s an issue with the delivery, or they try to come in to tour building. They simply write attempted delivery failed and put a sticker at your mailbox.#2. I called the ship center and asked if my package was returned to the facility and I could go pick it up, and they said yes. I repeated my question and mentioned that it was a 30 min drive, and again they said yes, you can come right now. Of course when I arrived I was told that my driver had 5 more deliveries and it’ll take up to 2 hrs for it to arrive at the ship center.This is unacceptable! I spent 3 hrs of my time just chasing a package, while it all would have been solved by a phone call from the driver when he was at my building.

I missed my package the first day. Not their fault. The second day they didnt even make an attempt to let me know that they were there. No phone call, no text, they didnt even knock on my door. This package is probably the most important of my life and they didnt even have the courtesy to knock on my door

Literally Would not deliver my package. I paid for expedited: next day delivery, 4 days later they “attempted” to deliver the package, yet no one knocked on the door, nor left a “we missed you” note. Called customer service and was told by a rep that they would return to deliver the package at a new time, that time came and went so I called customer service again and was told by a 2nd rep that they don’t double back to redeliver “missed” packages, then after asking to speak to a manager(Now a 3rd rep) I was told that the last driver left at 3 pm even though online said “delivery by 8 pm”. Then I asked for a refund on the cost of the expediated delivery since they failed to deliver and was given some confusing answer as to how I had to wait for a 5-day invoice to begin the refund process and that it would take close to another week for the refund to be issued. This rep then transferred me to the FedEx hub my package was at, at which point a 4th customer service rep who again told me they would deliver that evening, which never arrived. I would never recommend using FedEx, they’re literally thieves.

Try and call for a re-delivery, and no matter how close the driver is they ignore you, so you always have to blow hours of your time driving to their understaffed shipping center in Bedford Heights. Customer Service reps are lip service, they promise attempts to redeliver, so you rate them well on customer service after the call, then the other shoe drops and the driver says he was just too far away to attempt redelivery. Dont fall for it, do not give good feedback for lip service, only if you actually get your package redelivered.

I would rate the service provided by employees at this FedEx station a 0 but have to give it a 1 to post my review. Very rude personnel. They dont accept the mess created by their own employees/ representatives. Contacting them directly is an ordeal as you need to go through 1-800 number. Why dont they put the station contact number on their website? Complete mess. Avoid if possible.

I was here today on February 26th at 16:00 hours. The FedEx rep was completely incompetent and slow. It took him 10 minutes to accept a package from a person in front of me. When I put my package on the scale he said that he can not accept it since the box said Apply D.O.T Label Here. I explained that I am shipping car parts (ABS Mobile and calipers) and if he wants I can cover that part of the box with blank stickers. His reply was NO. He still cant accept it. He did not give me a clear answer why I cant use this particular box to ship car part since he was incompetent and angry. I simply turned around and went to the FedEx office on Chagrin Rd. where I usually go and guess what???? No one even asked me about the content of my package or the box itself. Its getting better, I asked the guy if I can use this type of the box to ship stuff out and he replied: Sure, as long as you dont put any DOT label on the side of the box. They say they attempted to deliver my package twice now before christmas when I wanted overnight shipping....kind of went to waste because I never got the package. This gift was only $80.....and they couldnt just leave it at my front door but instead keeps it locked at their facility until after the holiday so that now I cannot give my gift to my loved one????? Yet fedex can leave my nearly $900 laptop on my front porch when I specifically ordered that they do not do this both my phone and message....I still have the email encounters about that one....VERY IRRESPONSIBLE people at Fedex in general but this situation really has me heated now. Seriously though Fedex?? I havent been this upset in a long time and I am extremely unhappy and VERY inconvenienced right now.....
