Good carwash. You still need to dry your car after they go over it but overall good washAfter thinking about what was said in the response, I do agree. This is the only drive threw car wash that offers towel drying as part of your car wash. And water will drain from places. So I am changing from 3 stars to the 5 the car wash should have.

I have been coming to The Car Wash for years. I renew my unlimited monthly car wash subscription every month. It’s a great deal to keep your car clean and shiny. This is the only car wash I will every go to. I’ve spoke to the owner nick briefly a few times and seems like a great guy. Do yourself a favor and get your car wash there.

Plenty of car washes you can take your car in Bedford heights but this is the only place I trust with my vehicle. Keep doing yall thing !

The long line moved very fast I love that they have so many workers all working together to get you in and out in a very reasonable timeframe and they do an awesome job I love this car wash

Very overpriced. 40+ dollars for unlimited washes which actually has a limit of 1 wash per day. I live in Columbus where you can get a wash for 8 dollars and unlimited is truly unlimited and starts at 18.00 a month for the equivalent of The Car Washes 12.50 one time and 40+ monthly.

They did a great job. Most car washes I have been to fail to clean my rims and the back of my truck. But they got it looking really good.

$12 left a bunch of dirt and spots left on my vehicle. Cashier should have told me to bend in my side mirrors as the car wash almost bent them off! Go elsewhere.

Came to this location as it was appeared that they offered interior vacuum—have clients getting in my car tomorrow and needed it clean. Found there was no vacuum service but free vacs were there. My bad that my car needed a lot of interior vacuuming to get it shaped up, but ok, I was willing to clean it myself and put some muscle into it. Used vacuum for about 10 minutes; then it shut off on me. Asked attendants of there was a problem with it. They let me know it is shut off 15 minutes prior to closing time (it was 20 minutes prior to closing time at that point) and they couldn’t override the system. My car is half-done so I will go elsewhere looking for vacuum now. Not good. If you are going to turn off service, let customers know ahead of time.

Updated review June 2020: I still wash my cars here once a week and never had an issue cosmetically to the paint or the wash . Drying the car by hand using towels at the end of the wash by the crew is an excellent feature . I will always trust this place .
