I really cant say enough good things about this small family owned business! We hired Sam to refinish our oak hardwood floors. Our house is 27 years old and theyd never been refinished before. They look brand new! We found Sam to be very knowledgeable and professional and I appreciated the fact that he was going to do the work himself. I also found his wife Danielle, who does the scheduling, to be friendly and efficient. If youre looking for someone to refinish your floors, these people are great!

We moved into a foreclosed home eight years ago. Only recently did we get the money put aside to refinish the floors! We got a few bids. Though Sam’s wasn’t the cheapest, we could feel his love for woodworking and his dedication for the craft come through when we met with him. Also, his bid included one extra layer of finish than the other bids.We are so glad we went with Sam’s Hardwood Floors! Both he and Danielle were easy to get a hold of, answered my many questions, and left us with a beautiful final project.

Our floors look fantastic!! We had about 500 square feet of new red oak installed and about 500 square feet of existing red oak refinished. You would never know where the new and old meet! Sams Hardwood Floors installed hardwood flooring in our living room and refinished the existing hardwood floors in our entry/kitchen/dining areas. This company is highly professional, extremely responsive, and their work is first-rate. We always get three bids for work on our home, and Sams Hardwood Floors knocked it out of the park from the beginning, answering my calls/texts within minutes! The quality of the workmanship is wonderful, and I love how much pride this company takes in their work. I am so pleased that we chose this company!

Words cannot express enough how grateful my husband I were to work with Sam’s Hardwood Floors. Our General contractor used his own floor guy (not Sam’s) during our remodel, and not only did he install the laced-in floor’s wrong, the finish was a disaster and it came up in your fingernail if you scratched the floor. There were so many more issues I could write a novel, but this is about Sam’s Hardwood floors and how much we loved working with them. From my first encounter talking on the phone with Danielle, I felt someone was looking out for us and not just blowing smoke. Sam came out and validated all the issues my husband and I thought were problems. Sam walked us though the process and how the damage could be repaired and assured us that by the end of the process we would have beautiful floors again. The entire Sam’s Hardwood Floor team was professional, easy to work with, and took good care of us and our floors during a very difficult time in our remodel. Now they look amazing and we cannot say enough about Sam’s Hardwood Floors and how great they are to work with!

We hired Sams for two flooring jobs. The first was for a waterproof laminate on our bottom floor to replace the floors because of flooding. Danielle scheduled the bid and she was super helpful and knowledgable. She pretty much held my hand through the whole project. The floors were installed so well that when I decided to put down flooring in my garage to convert to an art studio, I called Sams again! Again, seamless and beautiful. Sams partnered with another contractor to install floor heating. Im super happy with the final product and highly recommend Sams. I am going to hire them next (when I get the funds) to refinish my hardwoods on my main level. I will add photos at some point. Im super pleased with everything.

We had Sam install waterproof laminate--which we love--on the middle floor of our condo. He was recommended by Sisu Painting, who painted the walls in our place. Both Sam and Danielle made the process easy. We had most of the work done while we were out of town and never once worried about turning over our condo to either Sam or Sisu. We had one problem area with the floor (not his fault or work, just the floor area itself) and Sam was relentless in making sure that the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. Hes super friendly, as is Danielle, conscientious, and trustworthy! Strongly recommended!!!

This summer we were struggling to get other refinishers to even call us back. Fortunately, Sam was recommended by a friend. Sam stopped by the following weekend to inspect the floors and provide a quote. He was knowledgeable, experienced, punctual and friendly. We ended up choosing Sam to refinish our floors and were glad we did so.Sam refinished about 1,000 sq ft of red oak in the living and dining room. We had previously pulled up some old nasty carpet to find the floors were pretty ugly underneath - paint, gouges, staple holes, yellow and black staining, etc. They looked brand new when he was finished. We were very impressed
