Best family owned shop by far. I took my truck to our regular mechanic and he kept pushing me out for 3 weeks. Finally decided to take my truck to Alignment specialties. By that time my ball joints were so bad that Matt was shocked I was still driving it. I asked for his help and he told me he would have it done the next day as I need the truck for work. Matt did a full inspection of the suspension and called me back withing the hour that he needed another part to make sure the truck was done properly and nothing was missed. Next day I got a call earlier than promised that the truck is done. When I came to pick up the truck Matt gave me all the details of what was broken and what type of maintenance I need to do to the new suspension to make it last longer. I couldnt be more happier on how knowledgable and professional he was from start to finish. Very, very grateful he fixed all the ball joints, bushings and links on my big diesel truck. The mechanic was fantastic, did a great job on my car. The car stays in the lane now and no more fighting with the steering wheel. The prices were good and well worth every penny.

I cant speak highly enough about this shop. Over and over again they do a fantastic job. Its nice to be able to take your vehicle to someone who is so proficient at what they do. After terrible alignment work from a different shop, a quick Google search found me this place. I gave them a call and set up a meeting for the very next day. I came in a little bit early and the two guys at the desk got the process started.A 2-wheel alignment for my small car took about an hour. After which I could immediately feel a difference in steering and noticed an appreciable increase in fuel economy. I am a happy customer.The 2-wheel alignment cost me 99.95. You might ask yourself why you would pay 100 bucks if you can get an alignment at Les Schwab for 80? The difference is the quality of the service and the expertise of the mechanic. Id say its well worth the extra 20 bucks. If you need an alignment, I highly recommend this place.

They aligned our water jetter trailer and gave us lots of information about the weight it can hold and what to do in order to get the best towing out of the trailer. They worked with our busy schedule and fit us in and got us taken car of in a timely manner. They also aligned a couple of our employees personal cars. our employees were very pleased with how their cars drove. they even re did one of our employees steering completely do to a lift kit that was poorly installed. They were very fair with their quote and stuck true to that amount. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone needing an alignment.

For years I have trusted my wifes 2004 Honda Odyssey and my Nissan Maxima to another alignment shop in Hillsboro which I wont name because this is a review for Alignment Specialties. After my trusted shop was completely booked, I decided to take the Honda to Alignment Specialties after reading a lot of good reviews and they did not disappoint. The vehicle was aligned and tracking perfectly straight within like 30 minutes. I am a former ASE and Honda certified technician of 5 years and can tell you they did an excellent job. I would go again and recommend to anyone. Now I have a new trusted shop a lot closer to home. The staff was also friendly which goes a long way in customer satisfaction.

I just had my alignment done by this shop and I must say they did a great job. Brought in my project car that I have upgrading for years. My 2006 lifted sti forester and after getting my alignment done poorly at a very reputable shop twice, & arguing with them, I brought it to alignment specialties and they fix their messy work. They also asked what I would like to improve in my handing and set up with the alignment. Thanks a lot! Will be back again.

Instead of satisfy and verify started to talk as dirty dogs at no reason... Do not recoment ever talk to Bill. Do not recommend to perform any alignment work on this shop. Had to visit their alignment service on my BMW X5 2007 3x times (replaced a lot of suspension parts which they mentioned on) and car still pulling to the side and they blame on anything but not on their service or equipment. After calling them back and explaining the issue as it still pulls on a side they started to swear and threat at no any reason. I took my F350 here to have it checked out and get an alignment, because they have a “long rack” for my truck and I had heard good things about this shop. They are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in their work. Most importantly, they are very honest and professional people. I will absolutely come back, and I have been telling my friends and family to go here too.

It is like I got in a new car. I cant even believe how good it feels driving now compared to before the alignment. I have an e46 330xi that has never driven so well since I bought it in 2014. They even know about how the electronics in the steering and traction control works. I cant wait to take the suv I use for work in for an alignment, I put 150 miles a day on it, and it doesnt drive how it should. I cant wait. Ill report how it turns out.

When I took my car in it was an opportunity for them to tell me things that were wrong with my car so they can fix it. They didnt do that. The price for the work they did was also very reasonable. If you need an alignment of ANY kind, if your steering wheel is off, if your suspension is off; DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND COME HERE.I went to Firestone down the road 3 times (The service manager Alex that works there is great though) and my car was left in a worse condition.Bill left my Hyundai Genesis feeling perfect.He educated me on what was causing the issues and charged a modest amount that other “shops” were trying to charge much more and take advantage of saying I needed to replace the entire subframe, cut off and weld pieces, etc.Trust me!! Knowledgeable, old school, hot rodders who can handle any new technology as well. These guys have aligned many of my cars including my 1967 Mustang, 1990 Mustang and 2012 Mustang. Initially, when I bought new wheels, lowered it with coil overs, added an adjustable panhard bar and adjustable upper control arm. They were able to center the rear end and adjust the pinion angle too. They were fast and affordable. I recommend them.

I just had Bill install new brakes all around on my 1989 Corvette. No one but Alignment Specialties will touch the suspension on my Vette. Bill has worked on several of our vehicles over the years and always has performed top notch work. Bill is honest and doesnt tell you to fix stuff that doesnt need fixing. His quotes are reasonable and repairs are performed in a timely manner. You can trust your car to their care.

Great shop. I think family run. These are good folks who do good work at a fair price. My truck was scrubbing, not driving straight, and out of alignment. It would bounce when turning sharp. Now it drives perfect! Dont go to a large chain place for your auto repairs. Please give these folks your business.

I just set up for another alignment for my wife`s car at Alignment Specialists. My last experience with them was phenomenal. My Subaru was out of alignment so bad the tires were wearing on the edges. They do great work. Very honest and they do the work that is needed to be done. Without trying to oversell you on things that are not needed at the time. They give you the facts and the suggestions and let you make the choice. They are very experienced in their field. I have a 2004 Ford F-250 four wheel drive with a lift kit on it. We were involved in a accident during the snow storm. The steering box was damaged it took longer for the insurance company to get there stuff together than it did for Matt and Bill to do the work. Thank you guys the truck drives great.

Family run business by native Oregonians, couldnt ask for a nicer group of people. I had an alignment issue with an 07 4Runner, it wouldnt track straight over about 60MPH. It was literally the nut behind the wheel, my 4Runner was within factory specs and had no damaged/worn parts. What they did was pigeon toe the front wheels just a wee bit to essentially numb the steering slightly. It worked perfect, vehicle is far less sensitive to ruts & such on the highway, and while it doesnt make sense to me my gas mileage increased. I cant recommend this shop enough, they fixed what the Toyota dealership and another alignment shop couldnt.

Bill really knows older cars cars and how to align them right. He just did my 1965 Ranchero today, and fixed all the issues from another shop. Great work.

Ignore the ignorant review, this is a small, focused, family owned and run business. All they do are alignments and they did a super job on mine. I brought them a BMW that Im turning into a Pro3 club racer. Theres not much that can be aligned on a BMW, but doing what can be done properly is critical. They have experience in the differences when it comes to properly aligning a car set up for the track and gave me excellent advice on what more I can do to improve the adjustibility and handling of my car. I will gladly recommend them and will be back with any one of my daily drivers should those cars need an alignment.

I have had my cars aligned here before. i recently had a new clutch installed so i went in for another alignment. they charged me 55 dollars and when i was driving home i heard my right side rubbing. (this is weird i never rub) when i got home i looked and my right side of my bumper was hanging off and paint is missing. this was a brand new $1000 r32 bumper with 500 dollars of paint work done on it (not even 1 month old) not to mention brand new fender liners that were completely ripped. i am so upset but not good with confrontation, so when i went back to the shop they completely denied any responsibility. yes my car is low but not even close to how low all my friends cars are. they should not have a problem getting low cars on their alignment rack are they not supposed to be specialists? i really love my car it is my pride and joy. i spend so much money keeping it FLAWLESS. it was flawless not a single ding or paint defect. if you are an enthusiast maybe think twice about this place. oh and customer service is not that good. i will not be coming back to alignment specialties on shaw. next time i will be taking before and after pictures and doing a thorough inspection prior to driving off. very sad today. about a thousand dollar mistake going there.

Honest consults and the best work in town. They have rebuilt the right front end on my 2008 FJ and won my business back then. I take all of my vehicles here. They have currently reworked some coil over adjustments and alignment on my 2014 FJs new suspension system. I TRUST THEM 100%.

They are very honest, do not overcharge, and know what theyre doing. Keep in mind they do a lot more than just alignments - suspension work, etc. They also do very good custom alignments for whatever youre looking for, as the OEM specs on a lot of cars do not make the cars handle as well as they can otherwise. Will definitely keep using them!

Nothing but respect for this place. Bill Aligned my 2000 Silverado today. I originally come in the week before but Bill showed me that I needed to replace My Pitman and Idler arm. I did the work and came back. Bill is a really nice and honest guy. I had a great chat about Mopar cars with him. From now on I will be bringing all my business to him. Everyone should support a locally owner owned and operated shop like this.

I came in with a 2001 Dodge Dakota, was told that an alignment cant be done cuz the ball joints were shot. It cost 700 to fix it but was told the ball joints would outlast the truck because they were made in the USA. I had the work done. Two years later I get new tires and take it back to get it aligned again. Im told the ball joints failed and they would not honor the warranty or stand behind their work. Supposedly it failed because I did not lube them up when I did oil changes. There was no mention of maintenance to me that was required and I believe it was a cop out. I really wanted them to stand behind their product and their word, but they did neither and offered to fix it with no discount for 1000$. I said no way can not afford that, and now my rig sits unaligned.. and mostly not driven as Im wearing out my new tires every time I do.

I had my car steering column replaced but they broke a nut and didnt admit to it . However, after standing up against them they offered to fix it but under the condition they will never work on the car ever again. They dont need the business. They were a Grumpy bunch
