I’ve used bouncin bins for several years. Probably since 2015 or so. They are amazing. They communicate with you so you know exactly when drop off and pick up is. They are efficient at both. And the bouncy houses are HUGE and so fun. The kids (and the grown ups) LOVE them. We’ve also used a cotton candy machine in the past and that was also super fun. I’ve had nothing but the very best experience with this company. I’ve recommended them to friends and family for years.

Block party hit! I was hoping for an infaltable that would satisfy 7th grade boys. Weve rented a bouncy house from Bouncin Bins pretty much every year for the annual block party, but some of the kids are growing up. The 24 foot double water slide is a sight to behold. The thing is massive. It was eight hours of nonstop fun for all. Zachs set up was professional, efficient and friendly. Im booking this same slide for next year!

Easy company to work with. We had a complicated set up of a 27 foot inflatable that they handled like the professionals that they are! Zach and Matt took great care of setup and takedown! Would highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend bouncin bins to anyone looking for a bounce house. My sister in law had rented from them years ago and had nothing but good things to say so we went ahead and booked for my sons birthday party. The price is very fair as well as delivery compared to other companies i had looked into prior to booking with bouncin bins. They called 48 hours prior to confirm (which i love) and then the delivery guy called saying how far he was from arriving at our house. So appreciated!! The delivery guy (i didn’t catch his name) was so friendly, professional and on time. What more can you ask for? All the kids had a blast and i was texted on the ETA for pick up. We didn’t need to do anything but deflate it and the same guys came and rolled it up quickly! It was so easy and amazing for the kids! Will definitely rent from them again for any bounce house events!

We had a really great experience with Bouncin Bins. When we called Leo helped us find the right slide and bounce house for our needs. He spent almost 20 minutes patiently walking us through all the options. He also gave me a solid military discount which is always appreciated. The delivery team was super polite and efficient. Our kids had a blast on the slide, it was a huge hit. Next year were going to reserve sooner and get the biggest slide.

These guys are great 👍. The customer service people are friendly and helpful. They do set up and tear down at the location. Weve used them for my daughters birthday party and they are always on time (often early) and sometimes let us keep the inflatable longer with no charge.

AMAZING pricing and great to communicate with in planning prior to event. Unfortunately, they usually show up a little later than they say they will to set up, which then means their activities aren’t set up in time. For big school events, this is often a little problematic. Overall they are really good and pricing can’t be beat. Definitely recommend them!

We rented the 18’ dual slide for a 9th birthday party and it was a huge hit! We had it set up in our driveway and kids played for a straight 4 hrs. Easy set up and take down by staff.

We have used this company for 3 years now for my sons birthday. They are always super helpful on the phone. The day of the party they deliver and set up the bouncy house often way before the party starts. They communicate to let us know they are on their way to drop off or pick up. Several times, we have gotten to keep the unit past the contracted time free of charge. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We love this place! We have been getting bounce houses and obstacle courses from Portland Bounce Bins for years. My kids want one every year for their birthday. They are so easy to work with, very friendly and very timely with delivery and pick up.

I even received a phone call this year asking if we would like to rent another bounce house. I had the best experience with Portland Bouncin Bins! I called at 8 am on a Sunday, the day of my daughters birthday. There was a change in the weather and I needed something for all the kiddos to enjoy at the party. Portland Bouncin Bins made available a bounce house for me to rent last minute. They delivered it from Beaverton to my house in Gresham. The delivery was on time and the guy was nice and professional! Everyone had a blast. It was the hit of the party! Did a 4-day Weekend rental (DIY). Pickup was super easy, showed up at 8:45AM, Rolled out at 8:50AM. Setup not too hard, as long as you are used to moving 400 lb burritos the size of a Honda Civic. I happen to be one of those people haha

This review relates to online service the details of rentals doesnt appear in all browsers which basically means call to verify prices and conditions on rentals for instants you cant rent a snow cone machines for the advertised price unless you rent a bounce house or inflatable to.. it says this in the details on internet explorer but not in the google chrome browser which probably is not their fault just a lack of a skilled web designer. the phone call was pleasant nice people but no resolve on the lack of execution of their website on all platforms...

Very unorganized. Had problems with Liz(owner). Im very disappointed with how things were handled. Communication between the driver and owner are poor. Liz was not aware of my party rental hours. Very unprofessional. I really liked the driver. I worked with him last year so no problems with him. The only good thing was that the children at the party enjoyed the bounce house, BUT there are other business that I can order bounce house from. I WILL NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. This was my 2nd time, and since my first experience was great, I thought this time would be ok. I was really upset that I had to be on the phone with Liz while hosting my childs birthday because she was unorganized and didnt know how long I rented the bounce house. I had to send screen shots of my receipt just to prove it to her!! Thats ridiculous. I hope this complaint goes to the new owner who just purchased so he can see how dysfunctional his company is. I will not be recommending this and this company just lost a recurring customer.

We rented a girls bounce house 3 weeks ahead of time for a Saturday. I received a call on Thursday saying they didnt have enough drivers for the delivery on the day of the event so they would deliver it on that Friday morning. I took the day off work and by 1:00pm still no bounce house. I called and they said they talked to my wife and they would be there in 30 minutes. THAT WAS THE FIRST LIE. My number was the only one on file. 4:40pm still no bounce house. I called 4 more times until they told me I wasnt on the delivery list for Friday. I LOST OUT ON $350 BY MISSING WORK. Saturday morning the delivery guy calls and says we are 30 minutes out for the delivery of our dunk tank. WE DIDNT ORDER A DUNK TANK. When the guy inflated the bounce house, it was a pirate bounce house not the pink castle we reserved. My daughter was very upset. The delivery guy said he must have grabbed the wrong one out of the warehouse but it was ok because it was a bigger one plus it had dirt clumps inside and was very dirty. I called the office and told them I had had it with their incompetence. She had offered me a discounted rate on my rental of $14.95 and 10% off my next rental. I paid $185 and lost $350 in missed work=$535 for the wrong bounce house. Please think hard about renting from this company. I could have spent $535 and bought a bounce house. I dont know how this company is still in business

Im the property manager for one community in a fairly sizable corporation. Every year we throw a summer party for our residents- this is my first year managing this particular property so I decided wed rent a bounce house and snow cone machine to make it extra fun and draw out a larger crowd than we normally do. I sure did get my crowd, but I also got no bounce house or snow cone machine. You can imagine how well this went over. Our event was scheduled from 2:00p and 6:00p. I did not receive a call 48 hours prior to my event, so I took matters into my own hands and emailed Liz. Liz had to locate the checks we mailed them 5 days prior (our corporate office mailed them to the Beaverton address)- at first she didnt even bother to check and see if anyone received them, she just told me right off the bat that they never got payment from us. I received an email about 30 mins later stating that theyd received them and marked our quote as paid. I asked if there was anything additional that they would need from me. Liz assured me that we were good to go. Forward to the day of the party (today) - its 2:00p and the bounce house/snow cone machine are no where in sight. I called bouncin bins and the phone rang over 30 times before Liz picked up. I explained the situation- she asked for the name the order was under. I gave her my name and she said she had no record of me. Confused, I pulled up all of our emails. I told her I had emails confirming that I had spoken with her previously- I offered to forward them to her. Suddenly she found my order. She said that we never paid the deposit. Again I referred to our emails. She suddenly remembered again. I gave her the quote number and she said oh... I dont know why this happened but youre not on the schedule for today! I marked you as paid, but it wasnt marked anymore in the system!. She apologized a million times and said that they could send it out to arrive at 4:00pm and wed have to keep it until 8:00pm. Im a very nice and calm person, so at this point I wasnt upset, even with the 20 or so people outside who were all getting very impatient with this whole ordeal. I agreed, even though that meant I would have to stay 2 hours past our closing time... I wanted to keep the residents happy and follow through with what I promised. 4:00 rolled around and still nothing. I called again and spoke with a nice lady named Debbie. Debbie informed me that our order was never pushed through in the system and that they were just getting it on the truck and wouldnt be there for 45 mins (5:00p!!), but that we could keep the rental until 10:00pm or overnight. I decided to cancel and asked for a full refund. They asked if I wanted a rain check instead. I declined.Now I wouldnt have went through the trouble of writing this review, as I know how bad it feels to be on the receiving end of one of these, but this whole time no one even apologized to me or offered me any sort of compensation for the trouble. In fact, they were extremely nonchalant about it. If I were to take the same approach to my job, I would be fired. Its just insane that it seems that this business has no concern for its money- had things went well, every property in my company throws an annual summer party and I would have recommended them to my peers (we have about 20 large properties in PDX and a few in Washington). At this time, I just want to save someone else the headache and disappointment. We ended up turning on the sprinkler system for the kids who showed up and luckily they were pretty understanding. I also made sure to explain the situation to all of our residents; a lot of them asked what company I booked through, and I told them - more potential customers that probably wont give bouncin bins the time of day.**also FYI, we made arrangements with bouncin bins on June 22nd, one month in advance.
