A year ago I signed up to advertise in a neighborhood school homework folder and Im amazed how I generated 10 plus new clients from that advertisement. I signed up today to advertise in another nearby school folder and to renew the one from last year as well. I cant wait for parents to reach out to us to support their childrens academic enrichment. Lisa at The Ferraro Group was a joy to work with.

This is a scam company. Unfortunately I paid $495 back in January 2020 to advertise in the homework folders at a local school. The folders were never made and after several attempts I finally got someone on the phone who said that he would call me back the following Monday about getting me a refund. That never happened and it’s been several weeks since that call. Now once again they’re ignoring me.

I feel like I hit the lottery! The recruiter Tammy Pennington is just awesome. I sent my resume in over the weekend, interviewed on Monday and started a few days after that. I left the interview feeling like I was in really good hands because Tammy came across like she really cared and wanted to see me succeed. Now that I’ve worked there for a bit I can honestly say that’s the way this company is. Great sense of team and family. Awesome management team and support!

Tammy who works with The Ferraro Group is simply amazing! From my interview process and on, she has gone over and beyond! She is very attentive to situations and makes sure that it will be a work environment without conflicts. I am pretty amazed at how she handled a situation in which most employers wouldnt have done the same and would have ignored it. Since this is my first time working with this company, I had lots of questions and Angelica was wonderfully helpful. She responds instantly and is very knowledgable. Where to begin... The folders are absolutely free and they work with you to get the perfect design. Quick and efficient they are. The folders are a hit in my office! Agents use these folders for their listing presentations. The Operations Manager, Shelle, is phenomenal! She is so sweet and does not disappoint in the customer service aspect. I recommend to anyone, you will not be disappointed!

I was very impressed with the Ferraro Group with regards to our advertising. They were easy to deal with and did all the work. All I had to do was submit the information I wanted on the ad along with a picture and they did the rest. The ad looks amazing! Best of all, it was a one time fee which was very reasonable! I have worked with another ad agency and am still in the middle of a nightmare with them! The Ferraro Group has made this time around much more pleasant!

Jack Bott was in charge of designing my art work which will be placed in the folders. I initially thought I could do it but quickly ran in to a wall of information. Jack was timely, and the art work looks professional.

We received our folders and all the agents are begging for them!!! They are given out daily and we will be going through thousands every year!!! They look great. Im not impressed by this company at all. I spoke with this company about an ad in May 2019. Purchased ad space, they came out with the artwork very quickly but somewhere along the line the ball was dropped. I called repeatedly about getting a sample folder sent out to no prevail. When I did call the person would point fingers at other people. I feel like Ive been given the run around and still no sample folder. I have lost total confidence in this company. Big Scam!

We signed up for an ad in the local schools homework folders in June after Lisa Lackman contacted us and used all her marketing charm on us. After a lot of back and forth and dilly-dallying on their part about the expected date of a printed homework folder sample, we recently found out that the schools that we purchased our homework folder ads for are NOT getting homework folders at all this year! We have been trying to get a hold of someone to talk to for the last 5 days so we can get our refund and forget about this but our calls are not answered. We will amend this review once we get a resolution because we really dont mean to target any businesses, we are an honest organization ourselves just looking for some minimal customer service and credibility for what we have paid for.

I was contacted by Brandon Treat from the Ferraro Group via email on 10/11/19 about renewing an ad in one of their welcome folders they do for a local real estate agency. I did purchase advertising last year, and while I didnt receive a single referral from it, I thought Id give it one more year to see if it would produce any results. As others have mentioned, I too did not receive a copy of the folder that I was supposedly advertising in.Brandon called my firm the following Monday, 10/14/19 about the ad, to which I told him to send over the statements and Id have a look at it and wrap it up. My firm is extremely busy, and other items took priority, such as serving my clients. Brandon called daily and my assistant told him I was busy; he called three times today and on his last call told my assistant to tell me hed find someone else for the spot. With that said, we had the following interaction via email:Me:Hey Brandon,I just received your last message from my assistant. No worries, go ahead and find a different advertiser. Sorry I wasn’t fast enough to reply, but we have an extremely heavy workload from the 10th-20th on a normal month; with this being a large income tax month on top, I simply can’t drop everything when someone wants me to jump.To save you time, we won’t be holding up space other potential advertisers may want in the future, meaning you can remove us from your contact list.Brandon Treat, Ferraro Groups reply:Awesome, thank you. You could have picked up the phone any time for 30 seconds, or emailed as fast as you did now. Instead, Im ignored and lied to. Have a great day.Perhaps its me, but when someone is soliciting my firm to buy advertising, being pushy is not a good thing. To cap it off with a reply such as I received has simply cemented that my firm will certainly do no business with Ferraro Group in the future, but I will also make sure all my business contacts are aware of my experience with the Ferraro Group.

When we was first contacted by The Ferraro Group it wasnt that good. In fact not good at all. The sales rep we initial had were terrible. However we spoke to Customer Service Supervisor & he took care of us & made the situation a lot better. So moving forward we only deal with that supervisor. Hes great. Also the graphic arts department did a wonderful job on our advertising.

Not often am i impressed by sales companies. When you do insurance everyone and their mother calls you. I specialize in home owners so to have realtors handing out my business card was a great opportunity. After meeting with the folks at Weichert I felt even better about this. Be aware of FRAUD by these people. Last year they contacted me under another company name and I paid for two adds. They charged but did not added my add to the school folders. But they charged. Now, supposable, that was another company, but these people have all my information credit card and all. They call me again, ask me to re do the ad, but my card # changed so they request my new info. I questioned why my ad was not in the real folders from the school;They show me proof of the supposed ad, which includes my supposed ad, but the school folders, that the school has does not have my add. Total FRAUD. Ill make sure others are aware of these scammers.
