Very disappointed with the customer service here. I purchased a hot tub from them somewhat recently and was quoted 4-6 months delivery time. Of course the salesman told me “it will likely be even sooner than that”. So at a week shy of the six month mark I called to see what the ETA may be and was told they may here something as soon as three months from that point. When I asked why when I was told 4-6 months it was now pushed out three more months, instead of offering an explanation of manufacturing delays, the salesman Brian, lied saying that we were quoted 6-9 months and then decided on his own that he should count the months to me because that was clearly my problem, I didn’t know how to count. “Well January that is one, February that’s two…” yeah I get it if this is the end of June If I paid for the tub at the beginning of January, that means just shy of six months. Anyways worst customer experience I have ever had. I should not have expected much better though as during the initial visit Brian felt it pertinent to come over to us so he could talk trash about other customers.

Great service. Ron was awesome and honest. Love being able to come here year round for my pool and smoker needs. And dont be afraid to ask for got guidance for your needs, no up selling here.

I bought a Maax 470 Hot Tub from Classic Pool & Spa in 2009.I have cleaned and maintained the tub on a regular basis.During this ownership I have had to regularly had the gaskets replaced .This occurred 2011, 2014, 2018, and 11/03/2020. The gaskets are plastic rings that break down due to the chemicals in the hot tub reacting with the plastic.In every instance, I had their company come out and make this repair. As you can see, this took place between every 2-4 years. I had always look at this as a necessary repair, and had no problem with it UNTIL TODAY!! Today, March 8, 2021,FOUR MONTHS after my 11/03/20 service, the hot tub began to leak. (historical due to a gasket malfunction.)Obviously WAY short of their normal longevity. I called Classic Pool & Spa, and ask them to please send a repairman to come out and repair either a faulty part, or a faulty repair. I explained that the gaskets averaged 2-4, and this last one only lasted

I bought a hot tub from Tim in late 2017, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Since then, the touchscreen tub control panel has gone bad twice, and each time they sent a technician to replace it under warranty within a couple days. We are very happy with their customer service.

I was wanting to get a spa for many years, but was afraid of dealing with chemicals all the time. The salesman explained all I needed to know and when I filled up my spa for the first time he walked me through exactly what to do for starter chemicals and such. It was easier than I thought. I sleep so much better now that I can relax my back and body and get a good nights sleep. Very knowledgable folks, the prices were fair and I got the perfect spa for my life thanks to the help by the staff there.

I bought a spa from these wonderful people over 5 years ago. I was treated fairly, even helped me plan out where I was going to put it. Sold me the right tub, chemicals and training. Since then we moved to a new area and brought the tub with us. Love it still! I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

This purchase was to replace an existing hot tub. We were very impressed with our sales person Jessica Hill. She is very knowledgeable about the spas she sells. Jessica explains the different spa’s so the buyer is able to pick out the unit that suits them at the right price. She stood well above of other sales persons that we dealt with in our quest to find the right spa. I highly recommend Classic Pool Spa & Hearth. It was very helpful when she came to the house and explained the operation of the hot tub, as well as, using the chemicals.

I am beyond pleasantly surprised! I got one of those kiddie pools that are the blow up ring but they have a pump... tiny, sad thing😂 But I needed to get some chemicals for it because my kids were gumming up the works with their stank. I went to the bullseye box store I bought the pool from to get them. It was like $50 for a tub of step 1 - uh, no thanks. Nothing else was in stock. I then visited 3 other places. No one had anything. Not even a skimmer. I dont even know if thats the right term. I checked Prime Now. Amazon. 4 day wait, ugh. Kids will be swamp people by then.THEN I WENT HERE WHICH IS BASICALLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE. 😐 1.5 hours later.They had everything.They had everything AND a helpful staff.And they didnt charge anything like what I expected. It was on par with Amazon or cheaper. And the customer service was good enough that I dont care if Amazon is cheaper. Ill be going here. We also have a hot tub, so this store should be in our lives for many years.

This was my first time at Classic Pool & Spa. I recently purchased a new house and it came with a hot tub. I have never owned or cared for a hot tub before so I had questions. A friend told me that they would test my tubs water for me and then tell me what it needed. They did just that. They had printed out a report of my tubs water analysis, with instructions on how and what to add to make it safe. I had taken a picture of the chemicals that I had on hand before heading to the shop, so they took that into account, and only sold me what I needed. Great customer service and reasonable prices, I would recommend Classic Pool and Spa to anyone needing help with their hot tub/spa.

Every time I go into this place I always leave appreciating their customer service. Free water check for my pool anytime. I just purchased a Weber grill from them, they matched the price of the box chains, I’d rather give my money to the locals.

I recently bought a new house which had a hot tub and I was clueless on how to maintain it. They helped me with literally EVERYTHING and were very professional. Last time I was going to spend unnecessary money and the guy helped direct me in another direction that got the same job accomplished but for cheaper!!

I purchased a spa cover from Tim for a great price and had an excellent experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and I would recommend this store to anyone. They will also test your water for free if you bring in a sample.

I have been working with Tim with my pool issues off and on for two years or more. I feel lucky to have someone local who is always happy to help and is so knowledgeable. I would give Tim six stars for his level of customer service.

My husband and I recently bought a house with a spa. After a few months, we noticed a leak. A short description over the phone and Tim knew exactly what we needed. He was very knowledgable and helpful in making sure we knew what we needed to properly maintain the spa moving forward. We will definitely be going back here for all our spa needs.

Very help with spa set up and maintenance. I left with what we.needed, called the next day to ask a question that we had and they helped us and told us to bring a water sample in a week for testing. I Wii continue using them in the future.

Do not buy a wood stove here.Keli,(My interactions with your company started back in July of 2016, I have never had interaction with you until you posted this)I am not sure what looked into what transpired turned up for you. So allow me to share with you the interaction with you company in the first couple of months:We started our wood stove process in July of 2016. We had come in a couple of times and talked to Tim at the Aloha Store, he was great, we told him our time line and he told us about what we needed to do when to meet our deadline of mid October install.We ordered our wood stove with Tim at the Aloha store, we made a point to come in the Sunday of Labor Day weekend in 2016. The store was going to be closed on Monday, and Tim would be out of town for his kids wedding. (this time line was key to get the stove installed by mid October) We were told we would be contacted that week for someone to come out and measure, however we never contacted. Instead we had to wait until Tim returned from his vacation to get started. (Per Tim he passed the information along, however the ball was dropped by the next person. So this pushed the install back). Before the wood stove could be ordered someone from your stove had to come out and measure to make sure the correct parts would be ordered and they would all fit.When it came time to install once again there was a miscommunication in your office the staff drove in from the Gladstone store to pick up the stove from the Aloha store to install only to learn that the stove was still at the Gladstone store, which required another day off from work (however the staff could not come the next day as they were already booked, so we had to wait) to accommodate you guys coming another day to install. Stove was not installed for use until Nov 6The surround that was ordered and measured by your staff, was the wrong one and another one had to be ordered (surround was to thin and the wrong size, you could put your hand behind the surround and the fire place. This required two more adjustments to work schedules to allow staff to come and see the problem and reorder and then come back to reinstall again.Keli, by chance did your coworkers share this information with you when you looked into what transpired?This all took place before the stove started to sound like a wood chipper when the fan was on. I would be happy to continue this review if needed.
