The online appointment was easy to make, frequent times during the day were available. I was able to get a time that was within the hour. I was warmly welcomed and soon had my phone being repaired. There was no hidden cost, everything about the process and the time it would take was carefully explained. I came back 30 minutes later and my phone was ready and being charged. This was a different person and he too was very polite and helpful. I was treated like my business meant something to them. I will definitely return or recommend this location.

Very helpful staff when I came in. iPhone 5S was ready in one hour with new screen and battery for a great price. Much better alternative for me than spending $100s on a new phone. Very happy with the service on drop off and again on pick up. Great team and the work from all I can see is excellent. And the phone works like new!

Besides parking my experience was quick and cheap. They were able to find out pretty quickly why my phone was not charging and fixed it for a discounted rate. They were very nice and had my phone back within the hour!! I hope I don’t have to go back but if I do I will DEFINITELY come back.

Same day service and they did a great job repairing my phone’s screen which suffered a fatal drop. The staff was courteous and very helpful, a refreshing change compared to the two other places I tried prior to coming here. I’ll be coming here from now on, hopefully not too often though. :)

Everybody I interacted with was very nice and knowledgeable. I had a Galaxy S7 battery swap and they made it hassle free. And gave me 10 dollars off for making an appointment. It was cheaper there than if I had done it myself.

The repair service in Batteries Plus was efficient. I booked my appointment online and the tech called prior to confirm what I would need. Apple no longer replacées this laptop model battery, and warned to be careful with third party vendors when dealing with batteries. Batteries Plus seems a reputable name behind the service. So far, so good.

It was nice to have the phone checked out to make sure everything was working correctly and they gave me some tips on saving power -- like screen brightness doesnt need to be full all the time. I had to leave the phone but it was ready with a new battery and screen protector in a little more than an hour. Thanks for the friendly help.

My screen got shattered, I took it to another place to be repaired. They were not able to do it. I brought it to batteries plus and they able to do it in a timely manner. I use my phone for business and really appreciate them getting it done so quickly.

Incredible service, kind people, knowledgeable. They walked me through all the specs of what I was looking at, warned me about downsides to another more expensive product. They also gave a cable to a homeless man in an wheelchair whose chair had broken down, helping to find a way to get it charged.

Its a wonderful service, replaced my iphone batt in less than one hour. Apple and Sprint were offering me 1-2 week turn around time. This place offered me better service, really fast and for almost the same price as Apple and Sprint. I highly recommend it. Staff was friendly and easy going.

I replaced the phone screen from batteries and bulbs since it was broken. after fixing it, my iphone touch has become very insensitive :( scrolling doesnt work well, typing is very slow. the screen looks good and the person who helped me was very good and courteous but i am not happy with the end result of my touchscreen. i think i will go back and ask them to fix the current issues

Move onto a different place to spend your money. They may have what you need, but they are terrible with customer service. I will never spend my money there and I will be making sure I share my experience with anyone I know to make sure they move on to a better place.

My phone lost it battle with the car door and dashboard. And wasnt able to be fixed cause it so crushed. But we had an spare iPhone. Problem with it was battery and charging port were broken. Took it in and they fixed it. And saved me from having to buy an whole new phone.
