Theyre the only place in Oregon that I could find what I needed in stock and could get the same day... my only issue was it was the first day of this snow storm and they were not running their trucks so I had to drive all the way to their wearhouse in Beaverton in my little fwd drive car, I feel it was a little dramatic because I made it there so I feel like their trucks should of had no issues. I couldnt decide between 3 or 4 stars, but them being open at 6:30am gave the extra nudge because I was able to go get it before work.

This is two stars because they actually had what I needed. The rest is because the product was listed incorrectly online and when I went to pick it up, the employees outside were extremely rude about the mix up. Even though I had done all I could to confirm with customer service about the item and the pick up, I was treated like I didnt know what I was doing.

Ive only been here since late January early February I enjoy working there as everyone Ive met so far is very pleasant.

Arrogant staff, very congested facility, longer wait times and yes you dont wanna miss your appointment time

This place works their employees into the ground. 12 and 15 hour days. Almost everyone is rude. Shame on you platt

When you absolutley have to have industrial electrical supplies now or overnight, Platt. This is the DC location. Will Call available. Phone first and your order will be ready upon arrival.

Reaceaving by Appt only!!!If you 15 min late, you have to reschedule your appointment.No parking on the yard.Very lots of No Parking on the street.MUST HAVE appointment number otherwise - they wouldn’t unload you and you have to reschedule appointment.You have to go inside couple times and check if they finished. This place is nightmare for truck driver.They have the toilet outside, only one plus.Good luck everybody with these guys.

The service is good but sucks if you have to wait. Call in your order before you go there; they have to pick the order... plus the process is a little slow. Nice people, though!Platt has been serving the construction community for years and years. Lots of great people and they treat their employees well! If you’re an apprentice, ask about their apprentice tool account!

What can I say about Platt its absolutely worthless. Never shop here unless you have no other options!

I lean on Branch 75 for weekend emergency calls and normal hours too. Theyre just great for having what you need when you need it, especially when the end customer has an electrical emergency at night or on Saturday or Sunday.

Very small lot for delivery semi truck. Unload only appointment time.

The best electrical supply center on Earth. They have nearly anything you can imagine. Most of the time your order will be ready no later than the next morning. Undeniably reliable service. I have seen their delivery trucks rolling when no body else would. During the massive snow storms last year, their trucks got thru safely.

Drivers Beware. They do jot care about hours of service and if you are 10 min late expect to be sitting here for over a week. I do not recommend to delivery to this facility.

Sure enjoyed the Tour that Martin @ Platt The Dalles arranged for us. Worth touring again I had the chance.

If you have a delivery to here you have to know your appointment number. Starting 6 Small lot. Hard to make a U turn...But, fast unloading.

If your delivering here be careful and check in on them because they will not let you know when your done. And let you sit there in your truck all day. Bunch of clowns working there. With sticks up there you know what.
