He was very professional, timely and responds quickly to emails. He has knowledge in security, systems, network infrastructure and much more. He can help you with basic stuff like email migrations or backups to full network setup, configuration and security implementation. He has been architecting, implementing and supporting our network with hundreds of visitors along with a handfull of staff which includes three locations and 25 plus servers and 10 plus fully managed complex network switches and routers. Smart IT installed a new server for us. Eugene is very knowledgeable, responsive, and strives to plan all projects to support the future needs of our business. I know that other IT companies will give you what you need without planning future network needs. With that said, we paid more upfront but I feel confident that the better system will save us money in the long run. My only complaint is that since it is a small firm, they have not always been available in an emergency but we have always gotten a technician by the next day.
